Didnt even want to give 1 star. Had an appointment this morning at 8. Called about 9 because no one showed up. Was told they googled my place and it had too much shade. I was looking for my house which does have a lot of shade, my business which includes a greenhouse and my daughter was here to consider for her home. No call to cancel just a no show. Know what the company thinks of me and my money.
I keep getting repeated calls of different numbers that come up with the caller ID of **********************. They keep calling me in harassing amounts of times today. I have blocked all their different Sunpro Solar numbers. This seems to be a case of scammers masquerading as legit businesses and harassing people with it to get people to answer.

total rip off designed to try and lock you in on there sales , try and cancel and project, and they will hit you with a $3000 cancellation fee. Totally ridiculous amount . Just shows you how greedy this company is
Sunpro solar is the worst company to deal with. They don't fulfill their obligations and will not resolve customers concerns. They only think about sales.
They lied, gaslighted me and then couldn't deliver on their end of the contract. Then wanted me to pay for their negligence.
Was told I didn't need internet for the solar system to operate to expectations. Then Sunpro had everything installed on and in my house, at the last minute I was informed I had to have internet. Then I was told that Sunpro was working on a solution and that carried it out past the 10 day cancellation period when I could have canceled my contract with them. We received a visit from the sales man at our home to offer us a switching deal from GA ***** to Sunpro Solar. The deal went bad from he beginning. The sales stated we would not pay more than what we were paying for ***** when switching to solar. We questioned this from the start so, I told my husband I didn't want to go through with it as he originally lied when pitching the product. I called four business days in advance to set up an appointment....I asked twice to two different people to note the account to please let me know the name of the person coming to the ************* phone number....this never happened....i called their toll free number they were unable to reach a ******* & only got his voicemail. I am a retired person living alone & feel this company maybe a scam on retired people
I keep receiving calls from this place and i have blocked every number that they call from and they just keep calling from other numbers. I don't want your freaking solar panels and i don't want you to keep calling me!! LEAVE ME ALONE
