I contracted with them in March to install solar panels. .Then came back and said we can't do what was contracted. So they wrote a new contract, which they came back again with we can't do that. So they sent two installer and they came up with an installation plan. They even sent and email with detail plans how the job would be done. They set the date of June 1st for install. I am very disappointed in the experience I have been having thus far with this company. Our solar panels were installed on June 16. The people who did the installation as well as the gentleman who came to do the inside of our house did a wonderful job. The electrician never showed up with the rest of the crew. He called me hours after the crew already left to come and do the electrical. I explained to him we scheduled it in the morning for a reason because my son had doctors appointments. Numerous price changes, was first charged for insulation then was told I didn’t need it by one of the tech’s that came out to house (even though he just climbed up and poked his head up in the attic and didn’t actually look at anywhere other than that one spot). The guys that came out were very professional, it’s the office staff that can’t get it together! I’m really disappointed in the service that I just recently received from this company. We signed up for solar panels in 2020 and was told to cancel our original electric company and the panels should work based on the energy that the sun produces. When I cancelled the original electric company, we lost electricity immediately. Thanks to the salesperson Travis, he was able to help us thru that and got electricity turned on. I have received over 20 phone calls, multiple per day for unrequested Solar service. I asked to be removed from whatever list they were calling from and they will not stop! I will NEVER do business with them and HATE that they keep interrupting me at work and during my family time to solicit unrequested business!

We contacted them about solar panels but have since changed our minds and are no longer interested. They will not stop calling us. Texting us. I have blocked multiple numbers of theirs and they will not stop. I have repeatedly told them I am not interested and they keep calling. I'm tired of it. Its harassment at this point.

On Thursday I spoke to an agent , The agent that I spoke to said we have 30 days to cancel if we decide not to go with them. After I specifically told the agent I need more time to think about this big investment, he convinced my spouse to go with them, the agent was at my home on Thursday when we signed the contract, then the following Monday my husband called and canceled which is 5 days but actually 3 business days.He then tells his manager as if she can change our minds, then calls my husband and she ask the why sudden c... read more

Sunpro solar uses deceptive sales tactics by using random generated phone numbers (Caller ID spoofing). This is DECEPTION! Any company that does this has obviously something to hide. I have asked them to remove me from their call list to no avail. Have racist ****** managers working for him in the Raleigh North Carolina division area and you can see it easily I went through it myself for a day and a half.
