They scheduled my install for 1 day knowing that it was going to take 2 days. I have not heard from them since. We now have a incomplete system. The installers were good but the scheduling *****. I would not recommend this company to anyone I know

My husband and I purchased some 30+ panels with the promise that it would produce enough energy should we have a family of four living in our home in the future for when we decided to have children. It is currently just my husband and I yet we still receive $150+ electricity bills in the middle of summer when we are supposed to be producing so much excess energy that it will cover your darker winter months - right? When explaining the details ***** stated to my husband and I that the 33 solar panels we purchase will bring our monthly electric **** to $0. Our first **** moving to this state was over $500. Another promise that ***** made that we now know is a lie is that we would get a solar tax credit of $21,000 when we file our taxes in 2020. First of all, we would not choose to install solar if we had it to do over again. If we had been informed, we would have avoided getting sucked into the sales pitch we were given about selling power back to the electric company. Sunpro sales failed to inform us of the paltry pay-back the utility would give us for the power we now generate on their behalf. Austin lied to me. He promised me that if I signed up with his company that my power will never go out. Since having these solar panels, my power have went out twice. He also promised me that my bill will be under $100. My electric is the same and now I have to pay another bill for having solar panels. He never left the contract with me. I had to call to get the contract just to find out that there was a page that was never shown to me (the page that says no battery will be installed). For 3 months everyday 5 to 10 times a day they call me they got my phone number they don't stop calling I will never buy from them they harassed me day and night how do I get them to go away very desperate people so disgusting

I receive about 7 calls a day from Sunpro Solar (after requesting to be removed from their call list 4 different times). I've also explained that my home is in a historic district, so I could not add solar panels even if I wanted to, but still receive daily phone calls. Even if I chose to go solar, I'd never use Sunpro for this reason. I've never requested their services, so the fact that I am continually bothered by them after multiple polite requests to stop is honestly astonishing to me.
