Our experience was great, our salesman *********************** was very Informative, helpful and professional. We would highly recommend him to other seeking to go solar. Put me on the daily call problem. I had 3 today, 2 yesterday, 3 last Thursday. It is like this every week for month on month. I block the numbers but they call again with a new number. I can't block all the ****** numbers they invent. This is pure harassment. I have to check my phone when it rings my mother is sick and then it is them again. This is heartless abuse on their part.

we signed a contract with Sunpro in July 2021 with the agreement from Sunpro that they would install the system within 90 days. They came and mounted the panels on my roof in September 2021 and told us to wait for the electricians to come and finish the job. A couple weeks after the panel installation it rained and I noticed water leaks. I took a video and pictures from inside the attic and noticed water leaks in multiple rafters and holes that were drilled during the instillation as if they were just drilling and missing th... read more

If I could give 0 stars I would.signed paperwork for solar in JUNE 2021. Was told then it would be 135$ a month come to find out several months later that is no the case it will be 135$ a month for 12 months and after that if I dont pay 9K$ it will go up to 189$ a month which saves me nothing on my electric ****. That is neither here nor there. My main complaint with this company is they NEVER do what they say right up to supervisors cannot return your call when they say they will.I have been through 2 different account mana... read more

I get 2 calls a day after I have told them Im not interested and to take me off their call list. I continue to block the numbers they call from but they continue to call from various numbers.

The daily phone calls have got to start counting as harassment at some point. i was interested in their product and reached out to them and once it was determined that i did not qualify for their services (due to my credit score) i told them thank you for your time and that was the end of the first call. about one week later they called again and i told the person that i talked to that we have already been through this and i don't qualify. they said "oh, okay. we will remove you from our call list". two days later the daily ... read more

I wish I could leave a negative star this for sunpro. I regret ever going solar with them everthing I was promised has not happed and was a lie. I really wish they could come take all this stuff down and I go somewhere that will do right I have emailed and called. ******************************* is a customer experience account manager she sent me an email to turn on my solar that was last Friday I was told to wait 48 hours for the lights to turn green all four of the they are still red and only 2 are on so its not working I... read more

Tax credit info from Sales Rep was false. We were told we will receive a tax return of $9,800; in turn, we would forward that money to Dividend Finance to reduce our monthly payment from $187 to $137. But, according to the Tax Accountant, that tax return only applies to your personal tax situations if you qualify. In our case, we do not qualify for that full amount. So, we have no recourse but to pay that amount if we want to avoid that $187 monthly fee. If we had known this from the beginning, there's no way we would have i... read more
