SunPro Solar is illegally spamming me and others with solicitation call, even though we've registered with the Do Not Call Registry. Someone should make them stop!

This company harasses me daily 4 to 5 times a day with phone calls. They are relentless and call for multiple numbers and I know it is them because we live in a world with caller ID. So I get multiple multiple calls daily about stupid solar panels. Stop harassing people. If no one is picking up your call it's because they are not interested. Since being purchased by ADT, Ive been receiving multiple robo calls a day from SunPro. Im a client of ADT, who clearly shared my contact info with SunPro upon acquisition. Do not do business with either. Shady data sharing and promotional tactics break the laws in place for appropriate phone solicitation.

Sun Pro Solar produces spam robo calls better rhan anything else they do.Having little regard for the law, they cannot be trusted. Avoid like the plague.

This is a 1-star rating - only because I'm not allowed 0. I was sold a solar energy system in 10/21. I was assured it could be installed as soon as the village of Greenwood approved it. Almost two months later, I received a check from Sunpro - listing only cancellation as the reason, no letter to explain that refund. We had a very good experience with Sunpro. installation was completed in less than 2 weeks after signing up. The installation was conducted by a very friendly efficient team, who installed 40 panels, set the control box and wired into our breaker panel in less than a day. They left the job site very clean and he city inspection was conducted before the crew left the site. Our only negative was that the local **************** took over 90 days to switch the meter. I tried to get solar energy from Sunpro. The staff in ************* ******* could not get their facts straight. The project manager and the sales rep were uninformed. They had no clue. The installation department tried to install and/or leave equipement on my property 4 days after I signed the contract. The sales rep promised steps that could not possibly be taken by Sunpro. I am on the board of an ***. One of our residents had solar panels installed by this company. There were to be 22 panels installed on the roof for the homeowner. However, on the day of installation, it was determined by the installers that there was not enough room for all 22 panels. A call was made to the home office, an aerial view was done and the installers were told there was plenty of roof space.
