After receiving payment of +32K Sunpro came out to install my panels, after installation it failed inspection. They never reached out to me about a resolution, case manager would never return calls, I had to call several times reaching out to customer service just to get someone I felt like I was doing business with ******************* (SMC). I have been receiving calls from one of the Florida locations. I have been on the DNC registry for almost a year. I have not requested information as I don't live in Florida and haven't for over 10 years. I received 11 calls this morning back to back with in the span of about a minute. I have received 22 calls yesterday afternoon over the span of 2 minutes and 24 calls in the morning. I have received a total of 164 calls in the last 30 days. this is abusive and harassing. The number is ************. PLEASE STOP CALLING

Do not choose Sun Pro. Contact signed in January, panels installed February, and they still aren't operational. 6 months later we still don't have the panels turned on. We are paying double each month (the bill to the solar company and the bill to our electric company). We've had nothing but issues from the beginning. We met with the salesman and he assured us that panels could be placed on certain parts of our roof. The company is not very trustworthy they will lie to you about the price an I have been going through the process for about 8 months now I wouldn't recommend this company to no one

Growing Pains?Our Spring 2022 hail damage repair experience with ADT/SunPro - BuildPro has been a disappointment. Perhaps these companies are struggling with post-acquisition growing pains. They tell u that u will save money going solar that my **** will b 30 to 70 dollars a month. they tell u what u want to hear. I believe I was set with an off set of 80% to 90% well to find out they set me up with a 51% offset and my **** is still over 200. and I have the solar panels to pay150. a month. Why have solar if I am still paying over 350. a month. I will NOT recommend this company to no one. They tell u what u want to hear but dont promise what u will receive. watch what u sign ladys and gentlemen. very disappointe... read more

Worst decision ever to go with sunpro/adt solar. Liars. They lied about amost everything. For example, I sat across from the sales person and he described the loan to me, he clearly said it was a 10 year loan. I glanced over it, but to my shame,... I trusted too much. It's a 20 year loan. They said payments wouldn't start till system was operational. I paid on the loan for 5 months before it was operational. They said it would basically wipe out energy bills. This company has called me 60 times since June 23. Today July 20th I have received 6 calls in 2 hrs. I never have contacted this company. I have called back on the numbers that show up on my caller id which has been at least 3 different ones. When the call is answered I get the regular this line is being recorded. As soon as I say I would like my number removed from their list they hang up.I don't even know if they are a real company. Even if they are I know I would never have anything to do with them.

My panels are up but it took two years. Like others have said they are full of unkept promises. I have called and emailed them and not heard back from them for months. Then when they finally do call, more promises are made only to be strung along for several more months. I am so fed up with them. They should not be allowed to get away with this.
