ADT has a good team of Solar professionals. ***************** kept in contact with us all through the installation and after to inform us of the progress that was being accomplished. Do Not Use ADTSolar.I had my panels installed on June 6 and they still have not been inspected an turned on. Today they withdraw the first payment even though I was told that I wouldn't be making any payments until the system was up and running. they claim the issue was my HOI information they original one I sent was expired(it was vaild when i sent it). I've since sent upwards of 10 emails with my HOI attached and they claim that "we didn't get it". Which is funny considering I also Bcc each email and everyone else ive sent... read more

Forgot to add that the only time I get a response is when I send and email without the attachment. And their response is we didn't get it. But everyone I Bcc gets the attachment.
Last year June 2021 ADT Solar (formerly SunPro Solar) installed 22 solar panels on my one story residence. At that time, my roof was only 3 years old and in sound condition. Shortly after installation, a leak appeared directly under the area where several of the solar panels were installed. I telephoned customer support and requested to speak with someone in the installation section. I asked that I be notified when a installer can visit my residence and inspect the area where the roof leak was discovered. No one ever contact... read more

In review of your account we spoke with the territory manager *******************, he stated there was a site visit completed and it was determined the leaks are not from the installation but from nail penetrations associated with the roof installation.
Purchased panels from Sun pro/ ADT in fall of 2021. Was completely lied to about the money I would save and about the tax money I would receive for purchasing the panels. It literally has costed me money to have them. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend them to anyone.

Salesmen told us we would produce way more than we would use and would get a refund from our electric company. And if we ever received a bill that they would pay it. Lies, when I called them they told me system is producing what it should and they can't guarantee because they don't know what you will use. Thats the reason behind asking for my bill for the last year I thought. What a rip off for the next 20yrs.<br /> <br /> <br />

The whole process was painful and took three times for them to install ... the panels stopped working after two months and there isn't any customer support that answers the phone and it doesn't seem they care ... would not recommend this business ... I think they are scam artists!

I was told I’d get a rebate twice and never received either one. I texted the guy who told me repeatedly to no avail. He ignored my texts and emails. I was grossly overcharged for the solar panels as well. I found out that I paid over 20,000 what the system was worth. I told that I would get the tax rebate and make sure I paid the finance company it so my payments wouldn’t go up via interest. Afterwards I find out it’s a tax credit. Beware of this company ! We ordered solar from sunpro in October of 2021 and installed the same month. The company ordered inspections and they were failed ! A month later we had to contact sunpro to get an update, they stated they didn't know why the system failed but would check into it. finally they requested reinspection and it passed.The finance company started taking the payments out in December of 2021 , spoke with sunpro rep. they stated they would refund me my payments until the system was active. but the only paid ... read more

Stay away. I had solar panels and batteries added to my existing system. Signed the contract on March 28. The panels and batteries were installed within a reasonable amount of time. However, they refuse to turn them on. The initial excuse was that they were waiting for the parish/county inspection. I called myself and no one from the solar company had contacted them. They came and did the inspection within hours of ME requesting one. They sent the approval to the power company the same day.Then the excuse was waiting for app... read more
