Horrible service would not recommend them for any type of service. I was reading the reviews and the same thing happened to us. We signed in May 2022 and here we are 1/2 way completed and n addition the guys that came to install the panels made new plans and its like starting all over again. I want to get a good business lawyer and *** them. It December 5th and still not enjoying the panels. Terrible service. Lack of communication.I am considering installing a solar system army home and asked ADT Solar for a bid. I met at my home with a sales person, gave him a check for $1000 and signed some documents to enable the project to advance. I made it clear I was still getting estimates. I entered in a contract with ADT Solar to purchase and have them install solar panels on my house. This purchase was being financed with Dividend Finacial not ADT Solar. Yet ADT Solar placed a lean on my property. I did not enter into any financial contract with AST Solar.The salesman that came to my house had me sign a "Notice of Commencement" which I thought was for **************** since the salesman, through ADT Solar, put me in contact with **************** and assisted me in obtaining my loan for the purchase and insta... read more

Standard procedure is for the lender to file a UCC-1 as a notice of their right to repossess the solar equipment in the event that the loan is defaulted. We're still waiting after 9 months! The sales man, supervisor and the account manager all have left the company. Terrible customer service. Don't give them any referrals! Don't sign the contract, run.

Took almost 8 months to get installed and they did a horrible job all my panels are ground mounted but are crooked as can be and starting in November the Sun on my back row of panels is blocked from the Sun by the first row of panels they installed I have two acres of land and they obviously install them too close After they were finally installed it took them another five weeks to turn them on after the inspection and the only reason they were turned down is I Googled the regional manager for ADT solar for ******** found ou... read more
We have installed the solar panels a little over a year ago and its still not running. They took forever to install them, ordered the wrong items, inspection appointment took forever, now they failed the inspection 3 times. This is a complete scam!
We agreed to buy a solar system in April of 2022. It was promised to be installed in 45 - 60 days. It took 5 months. This was way outside the time agreed, we were required to start paying once the panels were installed, month prior to the completion. We were promised credit for 2 months. We have not received any payments to cover the loss of money, spend on our system and having to maintain our utilities. I would never use this company ever again started in August. It is now end of November panels were installed October 3. They have been sitting for nearly 4 months collecting dust nothing but apologies getting zoning permits charged me $3600 more because they said I needed an electrical upgrade which I didnt havent received that check yet. Still getting electric bills no solar power no help horrible horrible company I highly recommend stay far far away.
Please please please don't make this horrible mistake. This is a company that is using their long standing alarm company to benefit their poor reputation. There is NO customer service at ADT Solar. I signed a fully executed contract in July. I was assigned an Account Manager who NEVER returned calls. After weeks of calling and emails to her and her supervisor I finally spoke to someone.
