Overall, my experience with ADT is by far the worst customer experience Ive ever had. Not everything is resolved yet, but its taking so long that Ive decided to go ahead and write my reviews anyway (editing/updating later if necessary) to hopefully save others from the consternation that comes with getting solar with ADT.The short(er) version: We signed at the beginning of September, and at first we were very impressed. I have had ADT year's but when I try to cancel (4 months now) I am hung up on or put on hold - 1st time was an hour 1/2, 2nd time was an hour, 3rd time was 56 minutes, and so forth till I hang up! They continue to charge me and it is now up to $400.00! They transfer & transfer and NEVER note the calls so it doesn't look like you call! I have kept track of every call and a record of transferred calls because I refuse to pay for a service I canceled 4 months ago! They are quick to call me for bill due and when I tell them I ca... read more

Thus company is a joke. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to make a sale. They don't back anything they say. I wish I would've chose someone else.

Run the other direction do not look back and do not use them. It has been one lie after another and they destroyed the walls in my kitchen! I have never been so dissgusted and angry with a company in my life. We were not sent our contract until after the time to cancel it had past and I wish we could cancel it! Our next step is a attorney because there lies are destroying lives!

So I fell for adt solar scam , the salesman told us it was going to be a home improvement loan and wouldnt effect us that bad for getting other loans in the future well comes to find out the 64k dollars we financed for our system effected us like a personal loan and now have to much secured debt , we got the system installed end of 2022 and its now may 2023 and not up and running I called to have them taken off my roof and they said they are yours you have to pay 257 dollars a month and if you dont pay the 30 percent tax cre... read more
