ADT solar personnel is different every time I speak to them. I had solar panels installed on Jan 3 and to this day I am still waiting on gettng my system turned on. The sales person is no where to be found and I have spoke to at least 4 customer advocates. ADT keeps changing customer advocates so I have to be in contact with someone new. I can never get t straight answer from them and I have already made two payments for the solar and I cannot reap the benefits from the solar panels. Sales Team talked a great game.... Ended there!! Stay away at all costs from ADT. They do not support the installation team and when you finally get a traveling crew come from out of state months later to through just the soalr panels on your roof so they can get paid. you will not hear from them again for months. they get paid , you have to start paying and they dont care at all..BIG PONZI SCHEME THEY ARE!!

worst customer service I've dealt with, waiting for almost 6 months and when scheduled the installation no one came nor call, even when I called , left voicemails, sent emails to account manager, sales man ,etc.

Not a word out of their mouths is true. Saving money, off setting payment, basically paying the same. They feed you lies to make it feel like your payments will not go up. Shined us on for nine months. Worst decision we made. Total scam. App doesnt work the way they say. Sale person no longer work for them. They dont know of the manager that talk to us over the phone.

Let's put it this way. The actual Install Technicians seem to know how to do their jobs. However, the back office is very disorganized. My family signed up for solar via ADT/Sun Pro on July 28, 2022. We still have no service. The backoffice is very poor. They need to improve their customer communcations drastically. Very disapointed.

We live in ** and have had our system installed a little over 10 months and have had great luck with it. Our salesman was awesome and super straight forward didn't sell us a pipe dream. We have not had an electrical bill over 13 Dollars yet. We are waiting on our state incentives and have already received our Federal Tax Credit. Great crew and sales staff. Communication took a day sometimes.

It's a horrible company to do business with it took them 3 months to get the necessary permits, they charged me 78,000.00 for the system with the promise that it would eliminate blackouts and power bills I thought ok, I can deal with a monthly payment in place of a power bill, and eventually it will be energy independent. My Dec 2022 bill was 192.00 plus the payment of 290.00 January 2023 bill was 143.00 plus the 290.00 payment February bill was 44.00 plus the 290.00 payment. Does this sound good to you? Since becoming ADT Solar, I would give a 0 rating. We have had our solar panels since 2/13/20.After hurricane Ian we contacted ADT Solar to have solar panels removed and replaced while our roof was replaced due to wind damage. we also need 4 solar panels replaced. Adt Solar informed us they are affiliated with Buildpro , a roofing company. This would make it easier to coordinate the project. So we contracted with both companies. We paid a deposit of half the total cost of the project inorder to get the permit process started... read more

Absolutely awful is the only way to describe our experience with ADT Solar. The project was so delayed by ADT that I had to start making payments on the panels and pay the electric bill also! When negotiating for the install, we were told that if we ran in to the situation where the loan payments were due but the system wasnt up and running ADT would make the payments in the loan. But its been like pulling teeth trying get them to pay. 15 days late each time and now I cant even get ahold of them to set up payments. So now I ... read more
