Energy Specialist (*******************) told me my payment would be $153 per month. She didn't tell me with in 17 months I would have to pay an additional $8,750 to keep that payment otherwise it would go up to $213 per month. I called them to cancel when I found this out but I was a day to late. They would not let me cancel. Also, she asked to see my electric bill she looked at it for a couple seconds and told me my average payment on my electric bill was $100 per month. I am beyond frustrated with the service Ive continued to receive. I spoke with the sales rep in July 6, 2022, it is now 8/29/2023 and services still has not been active. I call ****** to get an update and am told someone will call me back. NO CALL BACK. NO UPDATE. i am being charged for panels that are not producing power. No i am not paying until the services are active so now my credit score is being impacted . If i would've known it would take 1 year from signing to switch services over to solar, I WOULD NOT HAVE DONE IT.... read more

I called today regarding information and was transferred to a lady and was told to get the information I was inquiring about I needed to email my request. She was giving me the email and was saying the address so fast, I asked if she could slow down. She was rude and had to repeat the address 4 times and I still could not understand her and I asked if she could repeat the address to my co-worker. Again she was rude and repeated the address 3 more times to my co-worker and each time she had to start over with the address she ... read more

We contacted ADT Solar for a consultation back 3 weeks ago. They scheduled an appointment for 1 pm on a Saturday. By 2:30 no one showed so I called customer service to see where the technician was and was told they "have no way to check that or fo contact them, so they just have to reschedule." Rescheduled for 2 weeks after the initial appointment, waited an hour past the appointment time and no one showed up again. I am beyond disappointed, upset, manipulated, and tricked when ADT solar "specialist" knocked on my door and I opened it. He asked me how much we pay for the energy in our house, and asked for our bill, which was $200; he promised how the solar could lower it so much less. I told him I had to think about it since it sounded too good. Little did I know that he collected my daughter's phone number and gave it to his company.
