Adt solor is a poorly run company. They took a year to get to the point of installing it on my roof. It was installed In ************* company could not hook up, and application timed out, because they installed it wrong. They told me the would resubmit, did not I checked no resubmition. Electric company and I told them to resubmit again after another week they did not. I will have to get an attorney at this point.

Terrible company. I started my project last September, permits never submitted, they attempted to install in April and only installed the mounting brackets and a hole on my side wall. Nothing has been done since. Finance expired and now being asked to submit another contract with higher rates. No contact from anyone at ADT Solar.

Our system was installed 8 months ago and 2 panels started failed 2 months ago. We went with ADT Solar because we were assured that they have a local warehouse and if on a rare occasion that the system failed they would be out to fix it within a couple days. Not so... after contacting them it seems the average time is 4-6 WEEK'S this is no way to run a business

We had issues with the solar system from May 2023rd until now with the panels not working correctly,it shows for August it only produced 1.4 mwh and exported **** kwh,and consumed 5.6 mwh,nothing has changed in our home.We discovered the issue when we received a $800.00 bill from our electric company. ADT Does not offer any solutions to our problem,they continue to say the panels are working correctly. They refuse to send a technician out to check the panels. So,we are left to pay that bill and any other high bill that comes... read more

Energy Specialist (*******************) told me my payment would be $153 per month. She didn't tell me with in 17 months I would have to pay an additional $8,750 to keep that payment otherwise it would go up to $213 per month. I called them to cancel when I found this out but I was a day to late. They would not let me cancel. Also, she asked to see my electric bill she looked at it for a couple seconds and told me my average payment on my electric bill was $100 per month.
