DO NOT USE THESE GUYS - However, if you do, be VERY prepared to receive months after the fact, ADT false/fake/incomplete payment-due documents from them, many months after the project. They would rather harass customers daily with threats of recourse, and for customers to provide personal financial records and actual bank statements, than perform any internal reviews and/or update their own project financial records.

The worst service I have ever experienced. I ask to have my system detached & reset so I could install a new roofing system, they told me to call in to generate an estimate. I did that and sent me the estimate for the wrong number of panels and I explain to them that the estimate was wrong because I only have 22 panels not 32. They then insisted that I called in and warned ti add 10 additional panels. I stated that that was incorrect I have never called in to add panels. They stated that they would correct the invoice. ADT solar, is not the solar company to sign up with, if you want quality service. This company drags out everything but your payments.I have a hail damaged panel since May, and they still havent been replaced.

Do not purchase solar panels with ADT solar. First, it took eight months for the panels to be installed and operational with was months over their original estimate at the time we signed the contract. Second, they did not follow through on providing an energy efficient items we were promised until I called regularly for a month to complain. Third, these items were supposed to be a part of in home inspection to assist in making our home more energy efficient, which never happened in spite of my persistent calls to complain. ADT Solar Chesterfield, Va. sold me the solar panels June 6, 2023. Was to have someone contact me weekly. Happened for three weeks. Salesperson showed me that after Va. State incentives and a discount for working as a teacher, I would pay nothing for the instillation. We did breakdown what I would be paying and how Dominion Energy would be a part of my solar experience. Had solar panels installed December 2021. When we purchased the panels, the salesman assured us that the amount of panels we purchased would cover 97 percent of our energy usage. So we agreed to purchase 48 panels. Worst decision of our life. We have been and still are paying ****** monthly in solar panels and we are only saving at the most ***** dollars a month on our electric bill. I was a customer with ********************** company and ADT bought them out. This has been a nightmare since. I had significant hail damage in May 2023. I started the process to get the panels to be removed & found out that due to the hot weather in ***** the panels would be off at least 2-3 weeks (no production) so I chose to wait. ADT solar claims to have the best warranty. However getting them to actually respond to service request to fix a problem with my home system is impossible. My system has been having problems I.e. batteries failed and the solar system not communicating. They promise ***** hour response. Warning 5hey may never call you. This has happened several times. Plus when they install they ignored the fact I wanted it EV ready which they did not do. Seriously regret doing business with them
