ADT bills in advance! They never give you service and then bill you!!!I canceled my service in July 2023. In August I was billed again. I have another **************** billing me for the same period. Not nice! I called ADT to complain reaching someone in the ******************. He tried to explain to me that when you cancel, they bill you again. I told him that was wrong and asked to speak to his supervisor. I was told that the supervisor wasn't in. I don't know what business doesn't have a supervisor on duty. Anyway, I got ... read more

Installation was very poor. An above ground install was done due to the pitch of my house. *** Pro bragged about having their own team to do the install. The frame that was used to hold the solar panels did not hold up, I have lost many solar panels from the wind. They came back once to install new ones and the repair guy stated that when it was installed the team did not tighten them down enough. He also stated that the frame was done completely wrong and that I would continue to have problems if frame was not redone. I was... read more

ADT does not deserve an A+ rating. The back and forth that I have been dealing with between CPS and ADT is unacceptable and shows that these companies are lining there pockets without regard to those that are struggling.The information that has been provided to me thus far highlights that I will not receive my rebate, which was promised to me at the beginning of getting solar panels installed on my home. My 94 year old veteran father contracted with ADT to have them install a simple solar system on his roof over a year ago. They didn't get around to placing the panels for a few months, and since October of 2022, they have yet to pass the city and power company inspections for the system to be metered and turned on. We have spent countless hours on the phone and online, speaking with one representative after another, trying to get them to complete the work to no end. Zero stars. I had a horrible hail storm almost two months ago. They wouldn’t even schedule me to have the panels removed so that I could get a new roof until I paid 50% of the invoice cost (over $6,000). So obviously I had to wait for the insurance check. I paid them the money last week and I still haven’t been contacted to have the panels removed or to even be placed on the schedule. Customer service is horrible. Can’t contact the local office. Horrible experience.
