Do not go solar with this company. After multiple failed attempts to sign a contract, the salesperson finally showed up- and it was a different guy. Took way too long to install, 11 months is ridiculous. Can't get a single person to answer any phone. I paid twice what another company offered me, and I regret it.I thought ADT was supposed to be a good company and went with them because of the warranty, but the bad communication makes me wonder if I am ever gonna be able to use it.My panels are on my roof but I'm still waiting... read more

It took six months to get installed only to find out when we tried to turn them on that the whole system was wired incorrectly and not working. A month later they got it fixed however they never came back to install their energy package which was one of the key selling points. They dug a trench through my yard didnt replace the grass. I had to request that they come put my pavers back down and level after they stacked them all up to dig a trench. Ive now paid 2 panel payments in addition to 2 electric bills over $300 each. I signed my contract on 6/6/22. was to put it in within 8 weeks. They didnt do anything till October. They they have a energy company that does a survey of your house. They put a new nest in. Worked fine until it was time to change it to cool. 3 days in May with no air. Had to find someone to come out and pay them to tell mm/e that the new nest they installed is defective.I called them the first of May and they said they would fix it. Two weeks nothing May 31 I called again. they had that i called but nothing *********** a w... read more

We first signed the contract with ADT Solar in May of 2022.Panels went up in October of 2022.Billing started in ******* 2023. We have received reimbursements for ******* and February of 2023.We are just now starting to produce energy and are still 53% dependent on our electric company today on the height of summer.

I know they have a shortage of electrical engineers. But it took over 6 months to get my solar batteries installed (I already had panels). And now there is a battery issue and they can give me *no* timetable as to when they will be able to come out to fix it.For how much I paid to get this in place, this is unacceptable.
