Don't do business with ADT Solar. It is over 6 months since I signed the contract and it is not yet done. They didn't do the work as per the St.Louis county approval and the inspection failed. They claim that it will still take a few weeks to come and fix. Every call they are lying and we can see. Please don't do business with ADT Solar.

Sales pitch is 100% false, I've spoke with my tax consultant and a credited tax attorney, you in no way will receive a BULK 30% of install Refund on your taxes, therefore you can not forward said bulk amount to the financial lender to retain lower payment. Also customer service is NONE EXSISTANT after installation, approval for operation is a minimum of 6 months. And 4 months actively solar still no srec recordings or sales! Complete SHAM!

It took months to get a quote. Then things went downhill. I was told it would be a two-day installation. The panels were done in on, but not the electrical. They didnt come back for 5 weeks, even after multiple emails and calls. But they couldn't even manage to finish after the 2nd full day. Again it was over a month before they came back for day 3 of the installation. They didn't finish that day, but did return the next day (day 4) and complete the installation. Bad service and communication, started a process to have solar installed, started with a sales person giving me a a best deal on solar ever in May 2022, today is February 8, 2023. I had the equipment installed September 13, 2022 I have yet to be connected to the grid. Had an inspection in October/ November. ADT never gave me any discrepancies that were found. Hello Mr. Munoz, it appears that a revision to the plans was needed to address the previously failed inspection. That revision has been completed and approved by the city. We can now schedule a technician to make the necessary corrections then schedule the re-inspection. We have requested the scheduling be expedited and you should expect communication in the next 2-3 business days.
Like other customers who posted reviews I would not recommend ADT Solar or Sunpro to any of my friends. Everyone has questions about the panels and the only truthful answer I can give anyone is the panels *****. The 21 panels were installed May 2022 and they worked for about two weeks in which I was able to see the panels potential. The electrical company was having issues with the electrical meter and as long as my electric cooperative was having problems with the meters, repairs were promptly addressed. The WORST business experience I have ever had in my entire life. Signed with them in May 2022, installed beginning of July - still no working solar after 7 MONTHS - two meter release rejections with no accountability - refusal to issue promised reimbursement checks - refusal to release me from my contract. I have had to babysit every single associate I talk to because no one EVER does what they say they will and nothing ever gets done. Very disappointed. ******** months into the process. Application was approved 8/2022. Also in August the utility company was sent a list final documents needed to get interconnection scheduled. Panels were installed in 10/2022. Now in Feb 2023, I am two weeks away from having my application scheduled and the utility still has not done the final documentation.

Five months. Just received a document from utility company for me to sign. Prepared by ADT. Has an error. Been trying to get them to correct for a week.so I can sign. Should have received months ago. Project hold up is their incompetence. Love to cancel and go with someone else

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They really didnt want our business. My Family lined up 3 different solar arrays. We did all the paper work in late March or Early April. The panels were supposed to be installed before the end of August. The financing on all three systems expired before anything was installed. Even after fife more months. Nothing was installed. I feel sorry for the sales people. They all lost their jobs and will never see any commission after selling 3 systems. Very poor organized company.
