ADT Solar......I call these people every week. There is no manager and no supervisor on staff ever to speak to. They will not email or call you back ever. All they will tell you is they have the case open, they are sending it up the chain and waiting to have an agent assigned to the case and they don't know when that will be. They will also tell you that they sold you products that you are using every day and benefit from and that was on you that you made the purchase. Lies, that is what they give you. They told me I would save money. I paid more this year going solar then I did the year before without them. I want them to come out and take them off my house. They said this is an investment. You make money on an investment not lose money. Everything they said was a lie. I hope people really research before they go solar. It is not what they say it is.

This company is very fake, they *** not pick up phone calls, they are liars, they do not have customer care, they are fives, they do not know how to run business. it is now 1year and half since they installed, they solar panel until now ******* is all messed up. the salesman told ** it is going to start working after 1mont but until now nothing, they even do not have an address or an Office. please we need help.

Do NOT use ADT for your solar needs we signed a contract with solar last year and when they came to install the initial installation agreement was nothing to what they were installing. All panels were being installed in the back of the house instead of the front like we wanted! We stopped the installation process and to this day my panels are sitting in my back yard collecting dust. Theyve been knocked over by the wind probably damaging the panels. No one from the company will give ** answers as to what is going on and the p... read more

How this company is still allowed to operate, I dont know. I wish I would have read these reviews before I signed a contract. ADT Solar is a scam. Wouldnt recommend them on any level!
