After 8 months of ADT trying to get the white elephant they sold me up and running I got a second notice from the power company that there are corrections that need to be made before they will install the production meter. I have reached out to ADT and as expected nobody will pickup or return a call. I had my system installed almost a year ago. Final inspection has not happened yet. I would not trust this company with your roof. They have totally let me down.

Worst customer service imaginable. Almost 3 months after having my panels installed, no one from ADT can tell me why they are unable to schedule an inspection. I called hundreds of time, told someone would call me back, and have yet to receive a single phone call. No one I have spoken to has a clue, and any other solar company would be preferable to ADT.Can't speak about the quality of the panels, because no one from ADT can help me get them turned on. Please do NOT use ADT Solar, you will regret it every step of the way.

Signed a one time only deal, give a little over $7,000 down. Then decided against it in the grace ******* They canceled the contract as I requested, but they cant seem to get my check from the sales representative. He had taken a vacation, several bosses were supposed to get this taken care of. This game has been going on since 1/20/23. Ended up canceling my check so that there are no surprises

Do not trust this company, the salesperson will swear up and down that you will receive a tax credit large enough to pay off the % required to keep your bills low but this is 100% false. You'll end up paying a much higher bill for not much gain, seriously wish I would have explored other options. Avoid this company like the plague. Gave them a 1 star review because a 0 star review isn't an option.

ADT Solar is the worst. I have been waiting for months for them to come and finish the installation. I was told October and it is now 4 months later and still not up and running, but I've been having to pay for it for 2 months now. The replaced the electrical panel and since then I've had 4 plug ins stop working, one was connected to my freezer so i thought that my freezer went out and after spending over $1100 for a new freezer and losing half of my meat, I plugged it in and realized it wasn't my old freezer afterall, it wa... read more

Warning: do NOT let ******* from ADTsolar sell you solar panels!!! He is a horrible salesman that tells you whatever it takes to get you to sign on. We have solar panels thanks to his lies and now we are stuck with a huge loan to pay them off! Not only this, but the monthly payment on the loans will eventually increase which we have no control over.
