Sunpro installed my solar panels two years ago. I wanted to stay with the same company when I needed a new roof. I learned that Sunpro had been purchased by ADT Solar. After my request on their website, it took five days for a representative to contact me. I requested a quote and waited another seven days to get the quote. ADT Solar, disappointing to say the least. I asked for a system to produce **** kWh per month based on my predicted future needs not my past usage. I was having a pool put in and family members were moving in. So I knew our usage would increase. But what I got was based on our past usage and thats not what I verbally agreed to. I, like many others, now pay more for electricity than I did prior. My coworker went with a different company. He got 50 panels for $32k! I only got ****************************************** $75k! I have had my panels installed for 3+ months now and I STILL can not turn them on because I am STILL waiting for a quality inspection. I was told on day 1. From start to finish would take 8-9 months and I am 14+ months into this project. What a regret! Do not go with this company.

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by ADT Solar. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn potential customers to stay away.First and foremost, I encountered significant damages to my property during the installation process of the solar system. Despite numerous promises from ADT Solar to reimburse the costs of repairs, I have yet to receive any reimbursement. The lack of responsibility and failure to honor their c... read more

ADT Solar......I call these people every week. There is no manager and no supervisor on staff ever to speak to. They will not email or call you back ever. All they will tell you is they have the case open, they are sending it up the chain and waiting to have an agent assigned to the case and they don't know when that will be. They will also tell you that they sold you products that you are using every day and benefit from and that was on you that you made the purchase.
