Don't buy from adt. I have a contract on 28k they said the panels would offset my bill. Now I have 2 bills to pay. My solar panels are only giving me an average of $12.00 a month. There is no corporate to complain. Our district manager lied about helping us and now will no longer return our calls. When we call to complain all they say is you signed a contract. I have not saved a dime of energy costs by purchasing these $40,000 panels!I have called and voiced complaints, and was told the panels were working as they are supposed to but I was told by the representative who sold me the panels that my power bill would be 0-$14 but the amount of my electric bill has not changed and I have these big panels on my roof. Do not use ADT sun Solar. The sales rep gave me bad and false information about the system. It has been over a month since install and still nothing. Installation was supposed to be 2 days and it took a week. Contact customer service, which is no help and was supposed to get a call from operations and sale manager 4 times and still no call. Now I have yard art. I wish someone there at ADTS sun solar would do their JOB.
ADT failed to meet my expectations. The installation took an excessive four months and the trenching in my backyard was of poor quality. The promised installation of correct light bulbs and an air-sealed test did not occur. Despite contacting supervisor ***********************, he made promises to provide answers but failed to follow through.

Ive been trying to get to talk with someone in customer service with no help. Since ADT took over is impossible to talk with anyone to get help. Half of the panels are not working. I finally sent Letters if Intent to *** but ******* office was not found by the post office so I got the letters returned. I also sent two letters to the Headquarters but looks like that place perhaps doesnt exist either. I dont know where else to send the letters Of Intent. I will have to hire a lawyer to do the search.
