A representative, *****, came to our house with a very thorough and professional presentation. ***** was very informative and answered every question about the solar panel service. This guy represented the company and is what I would consider a very beneficial asset for ADT

I ordered my ADT Solar last November 2022. Was to be installed in January 2023. They had a million excuses for why it took till August 3, 2023 to install completion. I was told on the 22 August that they were and requested OUC new meter be installed. Today is September 18th. Today they told me the request for OUC went out on the 14 th September. Over this year I was told by ADT headquarters personnel on my project: I was sick, I was on vacation, installation would start on x-date in January I call the contractor and was told... read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!Everything was beautiful in the beginning, there were a lot of promises.What I can say is: that it worked until the moment that they installed the panels.After the installation, no one called to give an update.My installation was on 7/11/23, the city inspection and approval was on 7/14/23.Since then I've been waiting for "the lead electrician" to sign the project.Two months later I'm still waiting for that signature.When they finish the installation, the loan is started and they will rece... read more

This company is terrible. Someone needs to hold them accountable. Sunpro was whom we originally went with and the install was 6 months late. Then when finally installed ADT had taken over. My bills from ************* are triple what they were plus I am paying off the solar! Both ************* and Enphase (panel maker) have looked at detail and stated ADT needs to be out there looking at what is wrong. They refuse to until I send them 6 months of bills. I sent 6 months over a week ago and still no word. Horrible customer serv... read more

These people wont stop calling me no matter how many different numbers I block of theirs. I answer and tell them I live in an apartment with no chance of buying Solar and they keep calling 7-8 times a day. Its harassment at this point. Even when I do buy a home I will never use their service and seek out a different Solar company specifically to never give ADT Solar my money.
