ADT solar installed my panels about 4 to 5 months ago I have called them,sent emails it put on hold for hours to try to get them out to fix my solar panels with no luck. Buyer by aware when you do business with them they are paid up front not after they do the job once they get their money they are not worried about the customer or customer service.. Horrible company and even worse since ADT solar bought them out. Project started August 2nd 2021 and after $60k+ in damages to my home including poisoning our water well with raw sewage, structural damages, roof damages, electrical issues, panel issues, installation issues, no communication, and the worst customer service know to mankind... They have their techs and contractors just randomly show up without scheduling with us. Won't respond to emails or texts or phone calls. ADT SOLAR LACKS IN CUSTOMER SVC. MY AGREEMENT WITH ADT SOLAR STARTED MID MAY 2022 IN WHICH I FINANCED A NEW ROOF &SOLAR PANELS. ADT SOLAR AT FIRST, WERE PROMPT ON THE ROOFING & INSTALLATION. MY ROOF WAS INSTALLED IN JUN 2022 & PANEL INSTALLATION STARTED BEGINNING JUL 2022. THE PROBLEM IS, ADT SOLAR HAD LEFT MY SOLAR INSTALLATION INCOMPLETE. Going on 6mo since install and they still cant pass the electric inspection. Ive taken off work several times unpaid for a different electric crew each time that has no idea what the last crew was out for. I believe theyve been out 5 times. They tell me the same thing need clarification from the inspector. I personally called the inspector this last time and got a response within 10 minutes. Do not do business with ADT Solar. I was told install takes one day, it took them about 4 months total to complete and even after that the system didnt work. I had to take off of work 9 times for all of the install appointments, some of which the installers never showed up, no show, no call, nothing. When you call for support, sometimes they transfer you to adt security, which is obviously a separate entity and no help. We have had nothing but problems since we sat down and agreed to install solar on our property, which was middle of March 2022. First and foremost, it took FOREVER to get the project started. Once the lines were run and the solar panels were installed, it AGAIN took FOREVER for anything to be done after that. The day they were there installing the panels, someone from the City of ******* stopped out and told the installers they had to stop the installation because it was never approved to be put in. I cannot recommend against this company enough. I had no problems before they turned into ADT, and my sales person *** was great. I even helped refer a bunch of customers their way (really regret that now) He could probably smell what was going on and left.Ever since, there has been nothing but problems. Have a panel outage? That'll be months to fix.. Try to get someone to address any is***s you have? We signed up for Sunpro,and financed it through goodleap.First of all,the Salesman lied about the amount of the monthly payment..He said it would never change,and we just got a call saying it would be 100 dollars higher than agreed on,which is beyond our budget,,Then he told us we would get a tax rebate,to help with the payments,again,not true,he neglected to tell us that was only if you paid for them outright!! And most importantly, these panels do not work well at all,we are still getting even higher electric bills!! Worst... read more

We were looking to make our home more energy efficient, my husband researched solar panels and contacted SUN-PRO Solar. The representative came and I discussed the information I found about areas where solar panels were the only option for energy. We were told "for as long as the sun shines the panels will produce energy."
