I just purchased a home. Not even 24 hrs, a rep from adt shows up. I talked to her. And later on, I see that she forged my signature for a request order. That is a no go. I contacted the third party for adt to make a complaint and told them I dont want their services. I contact adt directly to schedule a time. My husband gets a call from the adt rep from the first time. And I just had about enough. They called me about a scheduled consultation. I told them I wasnt interested. My issue is this: I started an account with ADT approximately Aug/Sep timeframe in 2021. I'm now in the process of selling my home, however ADT says I'm still required to pay 75% of the remaining contract. Normally I wouldn't have an issue with the payment; but I'm selling and moving. I will not be living in the house. I'm not just cancelling the contract because I no longer need their services, I'm cancelling because of my relocation. Call to disconnect service a year ago. Now they've started taking money out of my account again and I did not request service.

I have been a customer since 2013 and am truly dissatisfied with the services, ADT haS cost me more money than benefits. My home was broken in, lap top stolen and broken window had to be replaced, ADT called me to say someone was in my house, what the ****, call the police! I went home and had to call the police. Complete garbage. Ive been paying ADT every month for 2 years and I took over the account front the prior business owner who paid them for years. They did not recognize that my system was offline because of an internet issues for several months (I.e., I did not have security monitoring for months) and they had no issue collecting fees from me of course. Called help center to add cameras on system, tried for an hour and customer service couldnt help. Said could call out technician ($65 initial service fee).tech came out and was done in 30 mins and charges $181. Said next time just call customer service to fix the issue. I was beyond ****** off!!! C*** customer service. Just out to get your money!!!! Would love to cancel but just activated system so right now would cost a big fee. I should cancel and pay them $10 a month until paid off. Thats how ****** I am
This company is worthless and they don't never answer the call I've been on whole for 30 minutes at times calling
I have a home security contract. Never got to see it. The price I was quoted by word of mouth was not true, nor did I get what I was told I was going to get before the contract on a laptop that the wording could not be seen because he was having trouble getting it to show up inside my condo was signed.
