I have been without service for over a year but have been still paying the outrageous monthly charge. I pay for 6 security cameras but they could only connect 3 ( excuse why- my internet provider). Now only one works after I have increased my internet. I have called numerous times over the year to get a service technician to fix the issue but have been told it is my internet carrier's fault even after I have increase my internet. The ADT Pulse application wasn't working for months. The ADT agent told me when I arrived home after a few months, to reset the system. I unplugged the controller, I removed the panel from the system, unplugged the battery, as the ADT agent instructed me. This did not fix the problem. Then, an ADT technician arrived this morning, and after 30 minutes, fixed the ADT Pulse problem and charged me $59. A charge to fix an ADT issue? This business has terrible customer service. I have been trying to cancel this policy since May 30, 2023. I have called several times and been transferred continuously. I recently just received another bill for the month of July 2023 and I have not lived at the residence since May 30, 2023. I mailed them a check for $70.00 for the month of June which I feel I should not have paid and not ADT wants to charge me for the month of July 2023 now. Worst experience I have ever had. I thought that I was suppose to be receiving security on my home but instead I have received nothing at all! With the exception of the broken equipment! I have called 100+ times , spent hours and days trying to get on the phone with someone who can help and their customer support representatives just laugh or better yet hang up on you, place you on hold and leave their workstation completely! Hello I've been with this company for over 20 years, But for the past 3 month when trying to alarm the system I would get this message Check 103 LN9KN9 Radio ****. I would have to unplug and remove the wires and enter a code and would have to do others step, I told the rep that this happen too often. Then would tell me that the tower is no communicate with each other. Now I have to try to find another alarm company. I can not understand why they did not offer a update system. The worst customer service. I am canceling my service and, of course, it's a 25-minute hold to cancel. If you want to sign up for service, you get an agent within 2 minutes. This is my third call today. The first call ended with an angry rep who hung up on me because I said "put whatever reason you want" as the reason for cancelation. The second call was to request a callback, which never happened. Now I'm on my third call as I wait on hold forever. My name is ********************************, residing in ******, *******. I would to place a complaint. But even the corporate is not answering the phone. This is my final email addressing my issue. If I wouldnt receive an answer within 2 business days I will be filing a lawsuit. ADT IS CHARGING ME MONTHLY ACH FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT PROVIDING THE SERVICES I SIGNED FOR. I CONTACTED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP AND SHE WAS OBNOXIOUS AND CLUELESS ABOUT MY CONCERNS.
