Wish I could leave zero stars. Siren began malfunctioning 6 months after installation. Error showed that it had a low battery, however when you replace the batteries within no time at all it has a low battery again. They were supposed to mail me a siren on three different occasions, but it never shows up. This also interferes with the arming of the system. I spent hours upon hours talking to dozens of customer service agents. You never get the same answer twice. When a siren failed to be mailed the first time I was told it w... read more

Deceptive advertising and business practices. We were told by the salesman/installer that once we reached the **** clip/month limit, old videos would be deleted to be replaced with the new videos. On their website, it even says: "Once 100% of your total storage is used, the oldest unprotected clips will be removed to make room for new clips as they come in. Your total storage is at 100% of **** clips. "Now, what does that statement mean to you? Months without problems and then all of a sudden, we're maxing out our clips like... read more

After months of dealing with a system that is not working, multiple calls with tech support, being told that the previous agents I had spoken with did not have the proper access to fix our system, and refusals to send an actual tech to our home to fix the system, we decided to cancel. ADT then charged us a cancellation fee for ending our contract early, even though they had not kept up their end of the agreement, providing a functioning security system. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I setup my ADT+ ****** alarm system in May 2023 I was very excited in the beginning told that I will have a 30 guaranteed upon activation. I activated my services in June after activation everything worked fine for about a week. I had to replace my modem and all my devices were connected properly and worked perfectly fine except of the adt hub which is the brain of the whole system without it your system will not function. **** ** I HAVE ADT FOR MY HOME. SO I SOLD MY HOME AND I HAVE NOT BROUGHT ANOTHER YET BUT BECAUSE I SIGN A CONTRACT I HAVE TO KEEP PAYING THE **** WHICH I DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH. DONT use ADT they lock you into a 3 year contract, if you want to cancel you have to pay 75% of the full 3 years. **************** will keep you on hold for over an hour. A very expensive mistake.

beware of adt security services, they and their partner safe streets practice fraud to get you to sign up with them, they make many promises about lowering your cable tv service to get you to sign up with them and don't fulfill any of them, they won't cancel there contract for you. they are a complete scam, don't do business with them or you will be screwed

Service is awful! Class Action lawsuits speak for themselves.Tried to cancel my service after three years, and they are charging me a cancellation fee. I had ADT for 2 years, 2 weeks...was prepared to cancel service and they talked me into ADT Blue, which would not lengthen my contract or renew it. I opted to do that as I only had 1 year remaining. After the year was up, I tried to cancel and now they tell me I have 2 years remaining on my contract. My first attempt to cancel can be characterized as a "hot potato"...I spoke ... read more

I am a landlord and a renter installed a system without approval. They urgently left and provided the code to no one. Unfortunately when I called ADT they were ZERO help. As the home owner they told me there was nothing they could do for me. I now have a home with a system that alarms at 10pm and calls the police if a door or window is open and yet ADT doesn't care. I now have to remove the system and throw it away all because they would not even attempt to assist. All they told me was to get the code from the last renter. W... read more
