Worst company I ever dealt with. They canceled my appointment on the day of and expected me to reschedule. That was the second time.... The first time they came out the technician had no Idea of what type of system I was getting. This company has a lack of communication. Very unprofessional!
If you call and need someone to talk, it will take 30 minutes. It will waste your time. I can't recommend ADT.
Only giving 1 star because I had to click on it July 2020: 1st technician call made for error code 103 long range service, spent over an hour on the phone attempting to fix myself, husband also called to attempt to fix, technician finally sent out, unsure of what he did, guaranteed this fixed the problem and we would not have any further issues 9/9: 2nd service call made about 103 long range service code on panel, spent time on the phone with someone trying to fix panel, tech scheduled to come out 9/16 9/16: Whole r... read more
ADT customer in Atlanta and had no issues. Moved to Greenville in September and have had the worst experience with this location. The alarm continues to go off, sales rep won't return calls and ADT installed old equipment. Getting ready for my third house call! Run away from ADT!!!
A whole lot of money just completely down the drain.. From the top. Our cable company connected us to ADT during a phone call because they had this "amazing promotion" going. They tell us all we have to do is pay the monthly bill and the equipment is free. The tech then comes out to install, give us this 30 minute spiel and then tells us before we go any further let me talk prices with you guys. We got an alarm from Protect Your Home. Multiple things have happened with them. They sell ADT alarms and the issue isnÂ’t with ADT, protect your home aka Defenders charged $107 before they even came out to our house and then hit us with $299 activation fee. Then the rep said we would get $100 visa gift card on my email, here we are 3 months later with no gift card. Then we have had to have ADT come out twice, the first time was due to not being told originally that we only had a certain amount of space for our videos , the ... read more
This company is a scam. They convince you to sign up with promises of low rates, free equipment, and basic monitoring covering all your needs. Then once the technician is there they up-sell you and deceive on the prices and services. Call them to complain and they just pass you around from person to person. ItÂ’s impossible to cancel your service and I had multiple customer service employees lie to me. Only upon getting a person at Corporate ADT was I able to get my services canceled. I was misled by their repesentative. I told them that I wanted a doorbell camera and window and door alarms on the first floor. he insisted on smoke alarms and motion detectors. he sold me 2800 of equipment on top of the free equipment I was supposed to get. the camera worked for about a week the installer came back 3 times and then told me to put in a work order. I was informed by the tech that came out it happened all the time. my wifi signal was too low to support the camera. i was out of my 3 day cancellation period so I... read more

Upon review of the account, Mr. ******** internet speed does not support the installation of a doorbell camera. We have since removed it & will be reducing his monitoring rate by $5/month.
It's the worst company, terrible terrible services!!! Even the managers are so liars,
