This is a trash of company the represant told me is going to be 0 dollars activation fees i already was charged 78 dollars for activation the installation last 4 hours waste of time Your represent told me he is going to give me a brand new door ring bell and I got a old used from previous owner and he told me the equipment cost around 1400 dollars made china real price 300 hundred dollars in wish app I would never to recommend your company its a **** company

If there was a way to give this company a negative rating, I would have. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. You can get better or equal equipment from other retailers at much less of a price and much better service. I wish I would have seen these complaints before I made my first call to ADT. It would have saved me a lot of grief. I am appalled that a company with this profile would be so poorly run. ADT has no customer focus. We sincerely apologize that Ms. ****** is unsatisfied with the camera equipment at the location. She was educated on the functionality of the cameras in 06/2020. Pulse cameras record clips and go on a "sleep/reset" mode for 5 minutes, before another clip can be taken.

One of the most unethical companies I have ever dealt with. They say one thing out the left side of their mouth and another out the right. Do not get involved with these people. The sales people will tell you anything to sign up and they don't deliver on those promises. My alarm went off for over an hour well they transferred be around to different departments trying to fix the problem. I have had them stop by multiple times and attempt to bully me into buying their system. Why would anyone support a company that constantly harassed you in your own home?

I tried to cancel my service with them in Aug 2019 when they raised their rates. I am set up on automatic payments. And I have no long term contract as I have been with them for 14 years and it is a month to month agreement. I called to cancel, they told me I had to send an email to cancel. I sent the email and got an auto response that somebody would contact me back. They never contacted me and they continued to deduct the money from my account. I didn't push it back then because the rate only had gone up a couple dollars. ... read more

CALLED IN, TO ASK QUESTIONS, THEY COULD NOT LOCATE MY SERVICE ACCOUNT, NOR BY MY ADDRESS, I QUESTIONED THEM, AND THEY GAVE A DIFFERENT STREET ADDRESS. HAD ME THINKING TWICE ABOUT THEIR RESPONSE AND DECIDED TO CHANGE ALARM SYSTEMS, MY THOUGHT IS, IF THEY COULD NOT FIND MY ADDRESS, WHERE WOULD THEY SEND POLICE TO. ADT service is NOT good. My alarm goes off and you might get a call ten minutes later or not. The initial service visit I was told I can use my existing house cameras along with the new ADT service and I also was told I could have a doorbell camera. But once the installation was done then I was told I cannot use the cameras that's already in the house and I will not be getting a doorbell ringer. And on top of that I have been double billed for the past six months so while my husband was making manual payments online my credi... read more

Upon review of the account, the customer is not being double-billed. Ms. ******* has two monthly charges owed to ADT. One is their monthly recurring costs of $49.78/month and the other is their equipment installment payment of $15.87/month. Equipment installment plans are required to be on auto-payment.

Wanted our system restored to original condition Adt disabled system

The customer's system has not been disabled. The customer is still able to arm & disarm locally. It will just not connect to our central station.
