Blue by ADT is not a reliable company, their system does not work all the time. When you call Customer Service you are cheated and mislead to enter an additional 3 year contract to lower your bill to 33.99 a month plus tax rather than 42.79 a month with tax already, but their customer service agents slickly pursue you to enter an additional 3 years Contract. Then when you call ADT because they are Blue by ADT all of a sudden they are owned by lifeshield. Why would such a reputable compamy like ADT allow Blue to add ADT on th... read more

They are ********. I had a salesman tell me all the stuff I was getting, 2 Cameras, keypad, 2 personal alarms, and a motion sensor. The order was done on a machine the size of a calculator, so it was not easy to see. They only installed the basics. They claimed the motion sensor, personal alarms were on back order. So now I am stuck paying $63.00 for a $19.00 a month install. Do not let the thieves into your house. ******* ******

ADT has very poor customer service practices. An ADT representative called us in December to see if we wanted to renew our monitoring contract for April , at which time ADT was told no we weren't renewing as we would be moving. The representative said that she would call back in February to check if our answer was still the same but we did not receive a call back. Because we did not get a call back, we assumed that the monitoring had been cancelled effective April 2021 but ADT continued to charge us for monitoring. I noticed... read more

Unforgiveable !!! Unprofessional !! ADT sent me an email saying that my service was canceled and that the had a move offer if I wanted to have their service at my new home. I'm not moving and I did not ask to cancel my service. I immediately called ADT. After providing them with my account password, the rep I was speaking with was able to discuss the account with me. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN ADT service. They do not take care of the customers when problems come up. They also do very poor installation They do not use mollies when installation just sheet rock screws that are stripped out. Then if you want to complain to a supervisor you can sit on hold for an hour and a half and never get to talk to anyone or a call back.

ADT replaced the customer's master bedroom smoke detector & also educated the customer on how to silence the keypad. As a gesture of goodwill, we also offered a temporary reduced rate.

The worst experience of my life. They harassed me at my door several times to sign up with them just to roll their eyes and get mad at me. I didn't ask you to come to my door. This company should not be allowed to operate if they treat people so poor.

ADT Blue is absolutely the worst. I did not want to purchase it because the do not have anyone to install it and make certain it works. I finally agreed after the individual talked me into it by saying I could use a local company that will install it and make certain everything worked. I had ADT in the past but suddenly they won't install in a rental. I made the huge mistake of purchasing it. We had a rep come out and provide us with options for a home security system. We requested a hard wired system, which we were told at the time should be no issue. We actually agreed to pay more for the installation. On install day, the tech showed up and told us they couldn't do hard wired, and "what's our hang up with wireless." When the manager came out to "inspect our house" to plan for a hard wired system, he was extremely rude and stated "we will tear up your house if you want hard wired." 0 - ZERO stars! Please, all!! Buyer beware!!! Security systems are a serious business and when you put the trust of your family's safety in the hands of a company, make sure it's one that will treat you better then ADT has me! In 6 months, our system has continually malfunctioned. They have not resolved the issue and refuse to wave their cancellation fee!! It took two weeks for a technician to come to our house and they say they need 3 chances to fix it. This is security, you get one chance to keep my family safe!
