If I could leave no stars I would. Do not deal with this company at all!!!! They are a scam that trap you in contracts and take your money for services that can not provide!! How they are still allowed to operate in this country is beyond me. Someone please stop them and the scam they run!!!
ADT is using deceptive business practices to charge for upgraded systems by texting about FREE upgrades and then using Bait and Switch tactics.
One star is to many. The system has not worked properly since installation in 2022. Doorbell battery keeps going out, therefore I have to continue to turn the doorbell camera back on. I had the BEST SERVICE with VIVINT.
Sheer insanity and chaos. We were charged for equipment we did not need and was not installed. Then, we were signed up for a 36-month contract instead of 14 months as requested. We're trying to reconcile these problems with ADT, but you just get transferred and transferred until you finally give up.

Originally they were professional and great so i asked them to come out, after coming out the installation tech was amazing but i had told him i wanted to add more before he left but it was late, i called multiple times to aske where the rest of my equipment was and they wanted to add it to a 36 month financing unlike the rest I had on a 60 month finance. All about sales, and zero customer service after that. You will see ADT at your home exactly twice ever - when they make the kitchen table sale, and when they install. After that, it is really just a way over-priced DIY system. Anything that goes wrong with the system, you have to figure out and resolve yourself, via long painful calls with offshore customer service and tech support. If you're disabled and want this system be prepared for big lies to come your way.I'm disabled and have no way to hang cameras on roofs.I'd only get injured or paralyzed from neck down. When I ordered it I was told o no worries we will get someone out to install till I receive the box with cameras in it. I was a customer with ********************** for ** years and paid quarterly for monitoring services. On 9/18/23 my home had been entered when out of town. The screen on the keypad showed the alarm was tripped, however ADT did not notify the police or me. I immediately called and spoke to ****** who put me on hold for 30 minutes.
