I have had several issues with ADT and their authorized dealer Safe Haven. After cancelling prior to the 3 day cancellation period I was charged several times for our monthly payment. After calling to inquire about a refund for all of the money they owed me they agreed to my refund, which they never ended up processing. I had to call once again to get my money back. I cancelled my service with ADT in May 2021 and I got a bill today for 2 months. I called them and they said I still had to pay it. ADT is a ripoff don't use their service you'll regret it!!

I am having issues with an outdated panel beeping at me. I've called several times and had a tech come out to tell me there is nothing wrong. So why is it beeping and saying faulty front door sensor. I was just on the phone with them for 45 minutes and was passed around like a hacky sack to eight different departments. I finally was able to talk to a Manager that told me she would have to transfer me as well then hung up on me. They do not care about the customers at all, if I could give zero stars I would.. STAY AWAY!!!!

ADT is a racial insensitive company. In November 2020, their technician signed in the signature field "Covid" as my name in the work statement, which was emailed to me at the end of the job on 11/27/2020. However, my real name, was clearly printed on the work statement. After I wrote a complaint letter to their CEO, I received a call from customer service dept. The rep. told me it was their standard shorthand to denote the job was done during pandemic. How insensitive to use such word as a notation when Asian are the target ... read more

I am not a customer and never will be a customer. Two ADT reps came to our door claiming to have a appointment arranged at the purchase closing of our new house. The spokesperson claimed that I was informed about the appointment at the closing. Also claimed that the service was "paid for" at closing. They tried to urge us to let them come in to look around the house for "security needs". They did not know my name or contact info. Had the appointment been on the level, they would have known. The worst security company. Illegally took $1500 from my account for an account I didn't close on June 4, 2021, caused financial problems and still haven't received my refund, it's June 21st. They are a modern day scam. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Let me tell you ADT is not to be trusted. They are a true ripoff. We have had nothing but troubles since they installed our services. If I could leave them a zero believe me I would. Please don't trust these people

I would not recommend ADT to anyone considering installing a security system. Please look into other companies. ADT no longer manufactures their own equipment. The equipment they use is Honeywell which is used by many security installation companies. I have had no problems with the hardware, but ADT requires that you sign a 3 year contract for monitoring your newly installed system. Their monitoring charges are 3 times the cost of other monitoring companies. They can raise the price you agreed to pay and you have no choice b... read more

Adt blows big time. If I could. I'd give it a half star. The customer service people on the phones really don't know what they are doing. I called at least 5 times to talk to someone. every time they gave me a different answer. Even the corporate people don't know what they are doing . I called sometime in March or April to tell them my service needs to be transferred bc I.m Moving. They told me bc I.m Moving to an apt. I.m Now in adt blue. The diy kit.
