I called to cancel my service. The agent simply hung up on me. Extremely rude. Now I'm on the phone on hold again for half hour trying to reach services.

ADT is horrible. We sold the house and ADT will not stop the service. They won't provide a copy of the contract. And they did not help at all. Their website doesn't allow you to do anything except pay a bill. This is a rip off.

ADT in a nutshell. My alarm went off. No police arrived nor did I receive a phone call from ADT. I told them I wanted to cancel for the ****** expensive service so they told me they would charge me $19 a month for 3 months as a promo for my inconvenience. Big deal but I accepted. Then yesterday I get charged the full $58 when I called the lady had an attitude and expected me to pay for the remainder of the contract I told her to go scratch with their ****** service. Don't use adt ever

I was told multiple times that my contract ended in July of 2021. I called in July to make sure that they didn't bill me for August and I asked if I would be billed at the end of the month and I was told no. Of course I was billed but not for the service but because they have a cancellation fee for not canceling a month a head of time. If a contract is ending why should I have to cancel a month a head of time? They hold you to this contract but for them the contract has no end. Horrible and Unprofessional experience with ADT. I had the Doorbell and Camera system installed on July 17, 2021. The product was nothing like what the sales pitch I was given. I had the equipment removed from my home 2 days later & was promised a Full refund, however; ADT representatives & MANAGEMENT has not taken the initiative to ensure I receive my funds 3 weeks later!! I was a loyal ADT customer for over 20 years. In Jan 2021 I sold my home and moved into an apartment temporarily til we bought a new home. I signed up for ADT Blue. I ordered on Jan 14, equipment did not showup to my apartment until Mar 6. When it arrived part of the equipment did not work. I decided to send it all back and cancel the service. Although they accepted the equipment back they have charged me since Jan (even before I receive and tried to turn on the service). I reported them to the BBB they still refused to stop... read more

We were moving and had an existing alarm service. When I went to cancel, I was left on hold for over an hour. When I finally got through, I was transferred 4 times to different departments and was told I couldn't pay my final balance until it was officially cancelled (30 days after the call) and that i'd have to CALL BACK to confirm it was cancelled.... Ill never do business with ADT again. System has been offline for 3 months and i've spent hours and hours and hours on the phone with them to cancel. I've sent half a dozen emails with no response other than the automated response. They drop your call after over an hour on hold, its absurd. TERRIBLE COMPANY

ADT has subcontracted company TEK Systems and one of the contractors came to my home to do some work and damage my Dry machine.. Now neither ADT nor Tek System was to be responsible.. avoid using ADT company.
