The ADT company has failed me. I have been patronizing the company for over five years and never missed a payment but when I needed help or assistance when my home is at its most vulnerable. My real fear and concern was marginalized. I am extremely disappointed and will be looking for a new service provider today!

Terrible customer service. Never used the service called multiple times to cancel and thought i had cancelled it. Then i get a bill for $1000 that says its going to collections if i don't pay in full ASAP. Been on multiple calls this morning for 1.5 hours and been hung up on 2 times. Terrible company. Would never ever do business with them again.

We had been with Blue by ADT for over 4.5 years. We upgraded to cameras in the last year. Equipment and Service were fine, nothing outstanding. The issue arose when we had to move this year due to the pandemic. We could no longer afford the monthly bill and did not have internet where we moved. So with 1.5 years left on the contract (yes we signed the 3 year contract), we moved and had to cancel. We asked for forgiveness on the contract, even by half. ADT failed to end my contract. I called on 20 Jul 2021 , to cancel my contract services early with ADT, I knew that I would be responsible for paying the remainder of the contract in full. as a matter of fact, I requested to pay over the phone, however, the representative informed me that the account would have to be terminated first, and for me to be on the lookout for the final bill in the mail. Horrible customer service to say the least. Go elsewhere if you don't want the headaches. System is overpriced and can't even get a tech to come out to check on there System. Had less than a year don't waste your time.

Terrible customer service just like everyone else has said....Everyone says something different when you call them....As a retired police officer who believes in having as much security as you can have I would never use this company again....Our situation is we are moving and wanted to continue the service at the new location....We wanted to transfer the contract to the new house but was told numerous different things..."No you have to pay off the contract and then start a new when moved"...How stupid is that!! Horrible company. There is nothing worse than thinking you are safe and finding out that you are not. Their policies hold not a modicum of interest for their clients. The cameras also do not work well with the internet bandwidth they depend on. I would absolutely not recommend this company or it's services and products to anyone.

It is totally disrespectful of your potential future clients to cold-drop in on someone's private residence at 8:50pm on a weeknight. Because your rep showed up at my door at this disrespectful hour I will never consider your services or recommend them to anyone else. If you can't respect decency, then I won't give you my money no matter how awesome your product might be.

I have been a unwilling customer of ADT since December 2020. I had ADT come to my home to tell me if they were the right fit for me after a string of car breakins in my subdivision. I had wanted 4 cameras around my house with at least 2 focusing on my garage. They came out and said that my WiFi could only handle 2 full time cameras with one focusing on the garage. Before I knew what was happening they had me signing my name on a computer tablet. Within a week I was having repairmen back out because my cameras were freezing ... read more
