Unacceptably long wait to get a person on the phone, to address an urgent issue with alarm going off nonetheless. Then, when someone finally answers and you ask them to wait a moment, they mumble something and hang up. Worst customer service ever.

Most TERRIBLE customer service I have ever experienced. Could never get my account set up, I have called for a week straight and they continue to send me in circles! AVOID!!

I have been an ADT customer since **** in four different homes. I currently replaced my windows and all of my sensors have been taken off. I had called ADT back in August to get them put back on and maybe even to get some replaces as they are now 6 years old and a bit outdated. I was told that it would cost me close to $1000. I decided based on todays technology and the fact that I live in a fairly safe neighborhood I would just start self monitoring my home. Had a 3 year contract which was up on 07/31/2023. I called on Friday June 30 to cancel services effective 07/31/2023 because per the contract your services will continue month to month unless cancelled. In July my card was charged, i shrugged it off. Then on 09/08/2023 i received a bill from ADT for the amount of $ *****, so i called AGAIN. I was told the request was not sent through so the service would be cancelled effective 10/08/2023. I received another bill on 09/29/2023 with for $94.15. I had ADT for 7 years. During that time they consistently had problems keeping my system operating correctly. When I finally changed to another company, ADT hung up on me 3 times while I was trying to cancel my service, they argued with me about cancelling, and then continued to send me service messages and $0 invoices for 2 months after that until I threatened legal action if they didnt take me off their mailing list. A bill for $113.40 has been sent to collections with Credit Collection Services under my name.I was told that it was for the months of *********** contract ended at the end of April 2023.I was charged and the money was withdrawn from my account for ****July, even though I was assured in April that I would not be charged after the contract expired.After numerous days of being on the phone with various ADT customer service reps in the month of July, I was promised that within 10 business days I would be refunded, that my accou... read more

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!! Not only do they lie to you so that the salesmen can get a better commission check they took TWO YEARS to complete my install. ************************* is the salesmen who lied to me when selling me my system.

ADT's **************** is the worst ever! We have spent three months trying to get them to cancel our account and no one after waiting online for hours has been able to help. Every agent ends up saying they cannot help. The worst part is that they could not even direct us to who could. Now they are calling at all hours of the day to collect after we stopped our payment but still cannot help. I actually had to ask others online as to how to cancel. I've had blue ADT for several months and have been giving faulty products each time. I connected the 1st system and it failed. I called to complain and was told they would send me our another package. This has gone on for 6 times back and forth. Sending and mailing back. I'm on a contract and need to get out due to faulty service and customer service.
