Customer service wait times could exceed 4 hours. I had this system for over 3 years, this company is a nightmare. The Adt cameras are extremely inferior and constantly go offline. Company sucks<br />

Worst customer service EVER! Been a customer for over 13 yrs in this state and many years in another state but they don't care about loyalty. Got rid of my land line and tried to cancel monitoring for over 4 months. No land line means I was paying for NOTHING, they couldn't monitor if they wanted to bc there is no way for them to do it. Because I agreed to consider video upgrade/wi-fi, they continued to charge me my monthly fee while I thought about it. FROM DAY ONE, WE RECEIVED THE WORST SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY. WE SIGNED UP AND IT IS LIKE SCREW YOU NOW. This company is a joke-- Holding time is more than 2 or 3 hours .even if you leave your number to call back no one called back. I have called 10/02/2023 to cancel my service and of course 4 hours hold finally i got live person and asked her to cancel my account ,she asked me why ? I do not know why she even asked me Why? I think it is just their protocol to ask bcz they know their service is worst. Lies to you and up-sells. They told me $45.99 a month and no installation and equipment fees. I specifically asked about glass break sensors and they said they were included. The next day someone came to install equipment and after installation told me there was nothing on the back windows or basement windows and I had to buy that equipment. He said the sales people just didnt know that. I had no choice but to buy the equipment and sign now that everything was installed. LYING SALES PEOPLE, INCONSISTENT BILLING AND $100 REPAIR COSTS REGARDLESS OF NO FAULT 1. I signed a three year contract with ADT and was promised my rate of $40 would not change until the contract ended. I have been being charged $45 for the past year and now $50. When I called to get this corrected, I was offered credits to my account in place of being given the option to terminate the contract that had already been breached on their part. 2.
