I moved from one state to another and renting temporarily. Exclusively Utah to Florida. ADT charged 75% of the contract to left in the monitoring services. Even thought the new service in Florida call blue is totally different that We will get once we settle in a home. Terrible customer service. We have had issues with our system from day one. We didn't receive what we ordered. They told us to bad. So we tried using what we could. Still not working. We hired an electrician ring doorbell still not working. I called to cancel and the guy told me that I had to listen to what he had to say and try to convince me to keep it. I cancelled my service when I became un-employed due to covid and continue to get a bill and notices. I have tried to resolve this issue with no resolution. I am a long term customer and very disappointed in my treatment. I should not have to list a complaint such as this it's unprofessional of ADT to have treated me with such poor assistance in a difficult time.
My experience with this company has bin HORRIBLE !! From the start ! first I was sent another clients information my text message FIRST NAME LAST NAME ADDRESS EMAIL LAST FOUR OF CARD NUMBER AND EXPERATION, I give the rep the benefit of the doubt she explained to me that she has bin working there for 12 years and has never made a mistake like this since starting with then company. DO NOT TRUST ADT OR ANY OF IT'S "CERTIFIED DEALERS". ESPECIALLY SAFE HAVEN! Much like many of the reviews, be VERY AWARE of their 3 day cancellation policy. I was informed of the 72 hr cancellation ONLY AFTER ASKING as I had issues with a previous system installation. I was traveling for the next few weeks and told the technician I absolutely would not agree to pay for a 3 yr contract on a system that I would not be home to monitor it's performance. If I could give this company a -10, that's what I would do. This is the WORSE, EVER, company I have EVER have had to deal with. If you have a choice of getting a watchdog to secure your home or business, you will be better off than hiring this company! DO NOT GET THESE PEOPLE'S SERVICE! Their customer service sucks and so does their product!
I have had nothing but issues with ADT. Constant errors and issues. Technician was supposed to be out between 12 and 4. They never showed up and I lost 5 hours of work because of them and now I have to reschedule again. My alarm goes off randomly and this ADT actually has us more paranoid than feeling safe. No way would I recommend them.
Beware there ******** these guys are an absolute joke renewed for 12 months well now im looking at the contract and now im locked for 36 months customer care is nothing but high school kids giving you the run around beware don't sign don't renew!!!!
Problems with my ADT SYSTEM, Called Adt Safe Haven for 4 days, left messages and no return call. Terrible customer service.
