In the less than four months that I have service with ADT, I have called them more times to fix the equipment that the months I have service with them. In two occasions the technician didn't show up to my home and didn't have the curtesy to informed me of their no show. Since the first time they installed their equipment has not work and I am finally done with this company. Most of all is my mistakes for keep believing in this unreliable company like ADT.

ADT Blue outdoor cameras never work they are horrible. I have made 58 calls to tech support just to hear the same stuff over and over. Replaced with new same problem "camera offline" Adt is suppose to give your 24/7 security with your cameras we are lucky if we get 2 hours a day of monitoring but if you want to cancel it 1,348. Your service is not worth 1 dollar!

I am in a 3 year contract with ADT from 07/17/2019. I have never defaulted on any of my payments. The service I get in return is appalling! The monitor keeps beeping and signaling "Battery Dead/Miss". I have replaced all the batteries and called customer service to lodge a host of complaints. I also scheduled a service appointment on 11/5/2021 and the earliest date is 11/16/2021. In the interim, I have to endure beeping alarms all through the day and night. I have had Adt / brinks for over 16 years. The past 2 years that have become awful. They never call when my alarm goes off. I found out they weren't even monitoring me for 6 months! And no-one bothered to contact me to say they lost connection? Then I actually purposely set the alarm off to see if they would call and I got a text message. I'm better off with my dog and a baseball bat. The service has become total crap. And they don't care. I tried to resolve and so I canceled service. Service tech came out due to alarm panel being blank/blacken out. Was informed there will be no charge, however received an email hours later with a charge nearly $60. Didn't agree or sign to acknowledge the charge but there is a line drawn as my signature. Even had a rep after phoning in inquiring speak of negatively because she didn't realize she hadn't ended the call. This company is full of **

If I could give negative stars I would. We bought a new construction and was monitoring the system ourselves. One night at 3am the alarm started going off and wouldn't stop. We tried disconnecting it and everything. It wouldn't stop. Called the number on the panel. ADT said they can only stop it if we have services with them. At 3 am we signed what we were told was a ONE year contract. (We never signed anything). We moved a year later and I called to cancel. I called 12 times in three days. Very bad field support, technicians don't know very well the existing system and cutting the corners. I had to clean up after technician installation visit. Management doesn't provide you the actual and accurate price of the installed system, you have to wait for the final bill. ********

Horrible, We have suddenly lost monitoring to our ADT Security System, took them over 24 hours to email us that AT&T shut down 3G towers and they cannot provide monitoring which we payed for ! That we needed to call 800 number, over two hours on the phone with three different departments, First they wanted to charge $560.00 sense we have a hardwired system and schedule a date for upgrade, then they waved that if we signed a 3 year contract at a higher cost per month plus be with out protection till they can schedule a tech t... read more

Horrible service provider. Do not use their service. As a monitor, security system they are not. If you call in for a request there is at LEAST a 15 minute wait, then when you do talk to someone they have loud background noise (tv and such playing) making it hard to hear. Instead of creating a resolution they give you the prompts to contact the cancellation department. The service is terrible I was sent a faulty piece that does not work and they want me to disassemble it and try to troubleshoot. Why? Why would I want to have... read more
