It's not enough to deal with a death in the family, my poor mother tried to cancel service after the passing of my father due to now being on one income. It's been 3 months, she continues to have payments withdrawn from her account and on top of that was treated SO disrespectfully by a customer service representative. Now my brother and myself have called and been reassured this has been taken care, however, this continues to be an issue and she is now receiving "passed due" notices even tho they have automatically withdrawn... read more

This location and 4 other ADT locations are harassing me. 5 different adt salesman have now been told we aren't interested. The last girl from this location actually got rude with me when I told her we arent interested and that she's the 5th. I don't care if you're all independent owners...you're all ADT and 5 times telling you no is too many.

My experience with ADT has been absolutely horrible in every part of the customer lifecycle: 1. Customer Onboarding: the salespeople responsible for onboarding customers were not familiar with blue by adt products and it took them 7-8 hours to get my contracts in place. Part of it was that the sales folks were adt employees whom were not entirely familiar with blue by adt products ( I guess since blue was not integrated well when it was acquired). 2. I am a current ADT customer. Since the 3g upgrade box that was sent by mail to my home a few weeks ago, have now spent 3+ hours on the phone with/waiting to speak with customer service, disconnected/hung up on 3 times, over 3 hours on the phone over a couple of weeks just trying to speak with someone, finally was told issue was handled after 30+ minutes on the phone with tech support only to get another call about my system not communicating with adt a couple hours after I has been assured my problem was fixed (these come 2-... read more

They do not do as they say. I have had money taken from my account not authorized by me. my card was expired and I advised I would call them back when I received my new card. I never went into my online account and updated my account with new card information nor did I call them to take the payment. I was told that they are not able to do a reverse payment or if I even get my money back. Been a loyal ADT customer for over 10 years. This last year has been nothing but **** dealing with their faulty products and being double charged 3 times in the last 8 months. When calling in for customer service employees are RUDE and have hung up on me several times when I ask to speak to a supervisor. I'm absolutely disgusted with how ADT has treated me this past year. I will be taking my business elsewhere and would highly recommend anyone to NOT USE ADT! They are a horrible company. Don't give them your business!

I had to wait three years to cancel service. I have been trying since June 2020 but they try to sucker you into a different program and lower prices. I had to schedule an appointment for an upgrade when I tried to cancel otherwise I would not have been able to continue my call (in June) I scheduled for November but forgot. I kept the service and kept trying to remind myself to cancel every billing cycle but life kept getting in the way. I had a verbal renewal of my contract for my 3 years which I haven't signed for. According to Texas law, if not signed, I can cancel my contract after 1 year with no cancelation fees. I called ADT more than 6 times and they told me yes but you have to wait for 1 year, I did and when I called to cancel after one year as I choose another vendor, they canceled it and the representative told me, I do not see and cancelation fees on your account. I canceled ADT 3 months ago but continue to receive emails and phone calls about my "late payment". I've called back twice to notify them and nothing has changed!!
