Beware I was switched to blue by ADT from lifeshield as a result of a merger. My contract was over when the switch occurred. Blue continued to charge me a higher rate eve though their rate was much lower ie over $40 a month lower. Customer service is poor. It was hard to cancel took multiple calls one supervisor even hung up on me. Check your rates and agreements carefully. Now switched to another company

The camera does not show anything outside. I have the camera inside looking through window and it catches no images. I had a psycho banging on my door and couldn't produce proof to the police. The final straw is I received an ADT offer for a free video camera. I called and the agent acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. For 11 minutes I was put on hold or had my call transferred. Then I got disconnected. I called back I was on hold and had my call transferred. Terrible customer service... their contracts are only to *** an existing customer. They care nothing about you after your signed up for service. They will lie at every chance that they get.

I have had ADT Protection one for 5 years. Our contract was for three years so we have completed our contract. Now we have fallen on hard times and have been trying to cancel the service for weeks. They refuse to do so no matter what we do or say. Today they said they can't cancel because I can't remember my password. I do beleve they are taking advantage of the elderly. I have their payment automatically taken from my banking acct. so now I need to cancel my credit card and have a new one mailed to me. Beware of this compan... read more

On 10/16/2021 **** ****** installed the system and charged me $583.62 for installation and equipment. I used ADT for years, I moved from my home to my mother house and had the service transferred. My mother passed away January 2021. I called to have that service cancel, because I has a tenant in my house. I was transferred and placed and hold for well over 30 minutes. I never spoke to anyone that could cancel my service. I stopped payment at a few months has pass, and ones again I wasn't able to speak to anyone. My ADT Blue system is pure garbage and ADT is "stone age" in terms of their customer service to resolve problems. I have had to replace 5 or more failed door sensors, and am now on my third Home Hub. The Blue iPhone App is unusually buggy, and it will not reconnect to your public data provider's network automatically when you leave your wifi coverage area. Unless you close the App and reopen it, you lose management capability of your system. They treat customers like morons, hang up on people who tell them anything contrary ... read more

Im contacting you due to the desperate search for help & no to little response from Adt. I have tried contacting blue by adt September/October since asking why I don't get alerts not one person has responded. I got through 1x on phone & the woman stated i need a certain WIFI which I have but this was NEVER their concern when purchasing 3 cameras at I believe 1000.00 I don't have this money to throw away but I do want safety for my homes. ADT IS A **** the company locks you in a contract and keeps extending the contract, and will not let you out of it even though they breached the contract by not providing security services as outlined in the contract. Cameras are faulty garbage and do not record or stay on as required. A CLASS ACTION need to be filed against ADT for breach of hundreds IF NOT THOUSANDS of contracts.
