ADT charged me 4 years & 10 months for alarm service and my phone line was never ever even connected. It wasn't until a Service Tech came out and showed me where my Phone Line was still hanging from the Alarm Panel, unattached! Needless to say, I got right on the phone and had my Alarm connected that day Before the Service Tech left. I have paid $1,513.22 to ADT for Alarm Service for Absolutely Nothing! I get cheat by ADT sales and technician. I had an appointment with ADT on November 8 2021, the technician came and push me to sign the contract when my 2 neighbors at my house , I want to take time read the contract ,but he said he has next appointment , and he does not have time to let me to read the contract , If I do not sign the contract right away , I have to reschedule and he will not start working on installing the cameras . and he told me I have 30 days to read the contract after signing it , if I do not like it , I ... read more
Your add keeps unlocking my door through my Google assistant. You guys really need to think before you start giving commands through the tv! The add should be lchangedor taken off the air.
This is a company that deserves less than zero stars. It needs to be investigated by the BBB for unethical practices. I had previous problems with ADT however today is the worst. I had a technician come out to add our thermostat to the ADT smart application. The technician blew out my thermostat and one he brought along with my heating and air conditioner. THE ABSOLUTELY WORST SECURITY SERVICE EVER. I have had ADT in my home for 11 years without one problem until my system started alerting me that the batteries in censors needed to be replaced. ADT told me they couldn't get the batteries anymore I needed to upgrade my system. I upgraded my system in November 2020 for the cost of $600.00. I have yet to be able to set my system much less enjoy my home knowing I am protected because the system goes off all hours of the day & night even when it isn't set. Where do I begin, I would highly recommend staying away from ADT! There products and customer service are horrible. If I could give them less, then 1 star I would. I recent had my house broken into November of 2021. So, I look into getting a home alarm system. I'm renting this house, so I got sold the ADT Blue with a doorbell camera. I purchased it outright. I wish I could give them a 0 star. Too bad!! I'm a customer in Tennessee, and I installed ADT in 2017. It was ok until 2020 they needed to upgrade their device for new communication system but it turned out even slower and harder to use. Anyway, after a few months I found their technicians didn't install devices correctly, because when I set away alarmed then it didn't trigger anything when I walked and passed the motion sensor which was supposed to detect anyone inside. Door to door sales person came to my home and I explained I have a son w a diagnosis the following day my son had a Schizophrenia episode triggered by video cameras and the noise of the machine, he had been wandering asking me questions about who was coming and why did I get it. The next day I called him text him as my son took off running cut his face with a episode. I had this system installed but nothing but PROBLEMS FROM THE BEGINNING!!! Alarm BUZZED ALL DAY!! They gave me a work around and that works for an hour or two than BUZZING AGAIN!!!! I asked for help!! They changed system twice nothing worked!!! Never used system but they wouldn't let me out of contact 😡😡.. System according to their "own contractors" was not compatible with my WFI.. PLEASE BE WARNED.. EVERY ONE ELSE IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD USES SOMEONE DIFFERENT THAN ADT .. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN!!!
