Their technician Dominic did not show up at my house but said he did after I took off work. He was not on my doorbell camera. He lied. Then they were going to send another person out, but then Stephanie called and said I would have to pay an extra charge. I am a new client; I have no extra charge. Do not do it. They are a ripoff and have horrible customer service, account management, and branch management services. They are liars and procrastinators. I have made 6 calls for a reimbursement and every time I get a different story. Just had the service installed 30 days ago. Buyer beware do not do it.
ADT Is the worst. I had a 2 year lease and needed an alarm as a newly single mom. The representative assured me there’d be no problem cancelling early if needed. I never should have trusted him. Now I’m out almost $600 because I’m moving. I had a contract from a previous house I just wanted to transfer but he insisted I had to sign a whole new contract. Thank you for taking advantage and stealing money from people who believe your lies.
ADT has you sign a 36 month contract when they install system. We agreed to the monthly amount. Eighteen months later they raised the monthly rate which was paid by credit card. This month they sent an email with another $3.39 + tax increase. A phone call to ADT resulted in a statement by their representative that the fine print states they may raise rate even though the signed contract indicated a fixed 36 payment amount. I have had ADT home security for 15 years. I changed my phone company and contacted them because the alarm wasn't working. They sent a technician out who told me that ADT had not had a signal on my house for over 5 months and that my system needed to be upgraded and could not connect to the new land line. I called to get a credit and cancel the services since it isn't working. I also asked about a new security system. I have been with ADT for 6yrs too long. Everytime I'm on the phone with someone they can never help me or I'm on the phone for at least an hour with no help. The last representative hung up on me and never called back. I called back myself to speak with a manager and got disconnected again. Unprofessional and treated poorly as a loyal customer. It's definitely time to move on to a company who appreciates my business but ADT clearly doesn't. I've been with them all this time and wanted to either lower my bill with no upgrades... read more
Purchase system and its not working properly. System want alarm with by-passing sensor to shed. System keeps alarming not even set to alarm. So not satisfied with the system and not worth the priced . Its very over priced compared to other system's.
CANCELLED SERVICE JUNE 2021, ADT CONTINUE BILLING AND HARRASING ME .
