Worst company ever they took 2085.47 out of my checking on Saturday with no authorization at all!! And noone can give me an answer to why and when I will get my money horrible place!!!!

We ordered ADT for our home over 3 years ago. We have called them numerals times about our cameras not working within the first year. They last time they came out and said I had bad equipment so they had to replace my entire system. So they replaced not knowing that it was going to start my contract over. The rep told me its just to confirm i have the received the new equipment and it was installed. Now the new system worked for about a week then went back to doing the same thing. I am writing to file a complaint against ADT. We had a consult on 1/19. We were told twice we had 30 days to cancel. We were not sure about using this service the previous homeowners had. We had ADT install a system on 1/24. The tech was here all day, 9-5, did not finish the installation, said he would be back the next day, though did not show. We had workers here, and the fire dept showed up on 1/29. We disabled the function. The alarms went off every two hours from 2/4 until 2/8. We called more than a dozen times to get a ... read more

We moved and scheduled for ADT to transfer the service. Their technician came out and said their equipment is not compatible with Hughes Net. Now they are harassing me for $710 cancellation fees. I did not cancel the service; they are unable to provide the service!

My ADT system has never functioned correctly. The ADT sales consultant never allowed me to review the contract before signing. I was told verbally that I had 90 days to cancel "no questions asked". Upon requesting to cancel early on, I was told that there was only a three day period to cancel. Have since spent multiple hours trying to get clarification and remedy with no resolve. Horrible customer service. You get a different answer to your questions every time you call. They don't care that you've been violated they are just money hungry. Customer service/communication is terrible! I regret ever reaching out to them and I will be sure to share with family, friends, etc. I only gave it one star because I had to.

Cameras do not work. Second complaint in 30 days with a company I've been in business with over ten years. I WISH I had gone with a different company for my new home! Waste of time and money. I would never recommend them again as the quality has greatly deteriorated.

Worst company ever.My front door camera never work more than 12 hr. You have to restart camera every couple hrs. After my complaining they charge me 3160$ Next will be case. Be a ware worst company ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!

In 2019 I decided to get home security for my house at a reduced cost. I saw ADT advert of $25/month which was appealing to me so I called their customer service at 1 am on Nov 4. 2019, I started the process & made payment as required.
