horrible experience, was quoted $913 with discounts for equipment and installation including outdoor camera, everything is installed except $290 outdoor camera, after 2 weeks this office and Corp still refuse to install paid for camera. Now I am demanding cancellation of the contract for the 10th time. I will file formal complaint next W

Adt is the worst security company that’s why when you call they say there’s a break in every 60 seconds and there’s the ones who doing it there giving access to you’re house when you’re not home the workers are strange and weird when the show up they hurt women and children. Since I had them I had a break in every day for one year when I leave my house they give access to you’re house when you’re sleep so randoms off the street and there friends can come rape you and break into you’re house it’s disgusting and the company mi... read more

I installed ADT in the summer 2020, and here came the nightmare. During the installation, I asked my broker to help me because I already left the country. After I came back to U.S., it was already winter 2021. And then, I found out ADT installed their monitor on the ONLY screen window to my patio(the other large patio glass windows are not openable)!! What does this mean? It meant evetytime I opened the window to get some fresh air, the adt monitor beeped insanely because it thought someone broke into my house. Apparently, a... read more

In February 2022 , my wife and I had an ADT salesman to our house to discuss security systems .Wish I could give a- --5 star rating-My wife and I bought a package of two cameras and sensors for all our windows and outside doors. Also we bought a year of monitor of all equipment .We paid almost $2400.00 and are extremely dissatisfied. We had our system installed February 2022 and since day one we have had problems . Same story as so many customers. I wished I looked them up on BBB before signing my contract. The equipment does not work, the sales manager does not return phone calls, the fee to break the contract is steep. Not a happy client and I will never use them again.

Buyer be warned. I signed a contract on January 13, 2022 to replace the old cameras on my house that had poor pictures after dark. The replacement cameras were not installed until Feb 7, 2022. The installer was very messy, and was in my home for 6 or 7 hours. One of the 4 cameras did not work, so the technician had to return a week later. It was a terrible experience throughout. Showed up at my house shortly after I'd moved in and got argumentative when I said I didn't want their services. I found this very intrusive and I'm not super happy they're using my private info to come to my door when I'm working.

If I could give ADT customer service a 0, I would. I called to cancel service for my elderly parents who honestly never use the system or the monitoring. Chris was initially cordial but when asked to cancel the account proceeded to not so subtly suggest that I was not concerned for my parent's safety; "If I had aging parents, I would want to make sure they were safe" and numerous similar comments were made. August of 2021 we changed our home security system from ADT to the Brink Home Security System. The ADT panel was removed, Brink installed their panel, and I filled out a written request to cancel my ADT services which were electronically withdrawn from our personal checking account. In February I discovered that ADT has withdrawn a electronic payment for $30.00 each month.
