I have call about my fire detection tell me about the one from my Company l talk to 3 different tech support they all give me different one phone drop then the last one hung up Sunday at 200pm till 225 pm still don't get a answer get help batteries what can took down went off then nobody could help about my fire

My experience with ADT has been HORRIBLE!!!!! I had multiple properties with ADT fire and burglar alarm monitoring. I kept receiving robo non emergency calls all hours of the night - 1 am, 2 am, 3 am and on and on - automated calls for a NON EMERGENCY. I called ADT and said “send one of your technicians out and fix the problem” - ADT would send a tech (sometimes) and charge me and a few days later I’d get a robo call at 3 am AGAIN! The one positive that I have for this company is the tech people that actually come to your house. The people that have come to help with installation or replacement have always been kind. That said, the service end of this company is utterly horrible. They have multiple departments that do not connect with one another, and it seems like no one actually has the knowledge to help you do what you need to do. The worse company all they do is lie and raise there bill. We were told the equipment would be paid for and the bill would decrease and it went up to 49.99. I called them and they Lowered it and then it went back up. When I canceled service they offered to lower again. Then charged twice after I canceled. Rip off company

Can you do zero stars? Worst customer service ever, worst devices ever. Safe Have Security Services digitally signed my contract themselves to get me started on 3 year plan with ADT... ADT did care. 3 technician visits and they could not figure out how to set up cameras I ended up doing myself. Everything has a charge the number of recordings, oh and a technician visit to set your camera because you can't do it your self because it doesnt work when you try even following the steps. ADT unfairly prices products. They charged me more than my neighbor for the exact same service. They also charged me to monitor equipment that did not work for 3 years. They would not fix their installed equipment without assessing thousands in fees. I was a customer for 20 years. I was forced to sign a new contract for 3 years just to have someone come out to look at the situation. I should have switched to Vivint.

I was sold in December 2021 by an ADT sales rep the smart home security system. Since having the system installed I have had nothing but issues from the front and rear camera. I have called and complained to ADT and they have sent numerous technicians out to rectify the situation with no success. The last 2 technicians that came to my home explained to me that ADT knows they’re selling bad 3rd party equipment to customers and knowing it will never work. Worst experience! I was a customer. After I leant ADT charged me service fee for near a year while the service was NOT provided, I called ADT to stop its "service" and disputed the fraudulent charges. However, ADT didn't stop its charge till I closed my credit card. After that, I was harassed by non-stopping Robocalls from ADT. Even on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, the Robocalls didn't stop.
