WORST service ever. I have not had ADT home security for a whole month more like 2 and a half weeks. Issue after issue. Spoke with 2 supervisors after representatives constantly transferred me back into the automated system explained everything over and over again. It shouldn’t be as hard as it’s been to make my payment. I’ve had it. How can I trust ADT to keep my home safe if they can’t even take calls correctly, document the calls and make the needed transfer. Completely unacceptable.

I've been a customer for 11 years. On Monday 03/14/22 my pulse gave a warning of long range radio trouble. I called ADT to troubleshoot the issue. Adt could never run a test on the system and at this point I'm told my system is not being monitored. But my pulse devices are all working and I would not be able to have a tech out to my home until 03/22/22. In the meantime to compensate me I'm given a measly $15 credit. I have a problem with this company about their contract. They misrepresented the contract. It was done over the phone. I had a contract years ago and was now going month to month. They kept raising the rates and I called to cancel. To make a long story short the adt person said he would not raise the rates for six months. I said okay but I don’t want a contract. Horrible service had problems with my system for years ,adt could not get someone to look at it but they want their money,long story short they came fixed my panel but didn't fix my dvr or cameras put me on a new contract and charging me for the for dvr and cameras that don't work and put me on a contract DO not go with ADT full of scams

Awful awful. Customer service is a joke. Trying to cancel and some how was enrolled in a new contract. I was hung up on, transferred 4 times, and put on hold. A real circus act, full of clowns!!! Take your chances with being robbed!!!!

I have been with ADT since June of 2021 and had signed up for paperless billing at the onset. Paperless billing allows me to forgo a paper bill being sent to my house. Instead I get an email letting me know that my bill is ready. Now, I know I should be on top of this, but I forget. I get busy with life and forget that I haven't received my ADT bill with ALL the other bills I have. So, I get an email in January stating I'm overdue on my account. My Father was a customer with ADT for quite a few years. He pasted away September 21, 2021. His account with ADT was paid up until December 31, 2021. On October 1, 2021, I mailed in a cancelation letter to ADT along with my Father's Death Certificate. Today, March 15, 2022, I received a past due Invoice from ADT for $145.41. The worst customer service ever. Paying a fortune a month. Backyard camera doesn’t not work. Battery have died several times. Not return calls. They have worn me out I have surrendered. I pay the bills and have no security for house basically. Should have stayed with my mom and pop guy

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER WE PAID TOP DOLLAR FOR CAMERAS AND I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH CAMERAS NOT WORKING AND I GOT A GOOGLE DOORBELL THAT I NEVER RECEIVED AND INSTALLED I HAVE CALLED PLENTY OF TIMES I NEED SOME RESULTS NOW
