My system was not set up properly causing me to be without heat for 4 days and an electric bill over $250 for the month. Safe streets is responsible and will not take responsibility other then they had to come out and correct the system. I have proof from my electric company over these 4 days, and a large bill. The billing deartment is awful. They do not respond to any letters sent in writing. You call and wait over an hour to speak to someone. They state they will correct the finance charges but never fix them. They were told right from the start not to take any payments from your credit card and you have to call uour credit card to block them from doing the payments.

ADT solicited my door. I need a new security system as soon as possible and they could accommodate. They said $69.71 monthly and had me sign a contract. Fine. Little did I know they then have a third party never mentioned to me that sends a bill over $2500 because they are apparently involved in the contracts. It is called Safe Street. Do we have anyone upfront and honest anymore for companies?

Terrible customer service, they wouldn’t resolve my problem usless I paid $1600, I’m completely unsatisfied with service and the costumer service.. They wanted me to upgrade to a wired in service for more money… I’ve had this services for 3 months and just want to be done with them without paying $1600

I enter a contract with ADT on 3/21/22. Due to circumstances out of my hand I was not able to move into the property where I installed the alarm service. I was told when I agreed to this contract that I had 30 days to cancel the contract without any penalty. I canceled the contract on 4/13, well before the 30 days period ended, after I canceled my contract I was never told that a 75% charged is going to be made for early cancelation. I called to get a quote about a possible move and they cancel service during quote process. I called to get it fixed and they said they did but they didn’t. They wanted to charge more and make me buy new equipment at new house. Trust me just don’t use them.

April 18, 2022 This is my Experience with, ADT Security Services Burglar Alarm Systems I spoke to Monique from ADT, she said ADT called my cell phone number, xxx-xxx-xxxx, but I received no call on my cell phone from ADT. ADT called my home phone number xxx-xxx-xxxx, but I have asked them before to make my first point of contact my cell phone number. There was none in my call log. Like all other reviews online about this company, my experience was HORRIBLE. Shady sales tactics by "salesman" Tanner, refusal to make it right when confronted with these shady tactics. They will make cancelling services with them a systematic process of lies and extortion. STAY AWAY!

Account was opened by parents for my apartment. Moved from the apartment and requested to cancel services. Received no contact, emails, phone calls, letters etc to inform me that there was a balance remaining. Only way I found out was that I was put in collections and saw it on my credit report. Paid in full immediately and still have the collections on my credit report. Will never do business with this company again.
