Was told that the service was for 2 years, ***** month! I got this for my sister who lived alone- she has health issues too! Upon saying ok, I dont remember signing the contract personally and they made changes at the site were my sister was- her not understanding I believe she might or her ex hub signed for- they charged me ***** mo. I canceled and since it was a little early- it than was told it was a 3 year service cost me ****** !! Never use this service its horrible! I was lied to

Ive been trying to get my system completed. My salesperson will not return my calls and I wait on hold for ever for customer support and finally hang up. I cannot get any help and ready to cancel everything since Im being billed for a house with no remote monitoring. I expected so much more especially hearing the property brothers speak so highly about ADT. Again help ADT

I cancelled my account from ADT due to no service for several month because Wi-Fi issue when I cancelled ADT win back department offered me dress installation and equipment for the wireless system, when I agreed the technician arrived and installing g the sensors including shatter glass for windows 2 shattered sensors installed and asked me to sign the contract electronically, ADT charges $333 on the spot which have taken out from my account now ADT keep with drawing $400 per month for the equipment upon my enquiry account m... read more

Worst company EVER! Customer service is atrocious and Ive been trying to cancel. Transferred multiple time to never get anyone who can help and only to be dropped after an hour plus on the phone. Tired of explaining the situation over and over again with no resolve. Do not get ADT.

Stay away!! Customer service doesnt give a s*** about their customers. Been a loyal customer for 4 years, and after our system was having technical difficulties and couldnt get answers we decided to cancel. First person told us $120 to cancel, next person who was supposedly a supervisor said no it was actually $215 to cancel. The price kept going up from person to person, no one has a clue in this company. Fast forward to billing, we were ready to pay $65 to cancel after a $150 credit was added to our account. I had a horrible experience with ADT. I sold my house and didn't want to establish ADT service in the new house, based on past experience. After being put on hold for 75 minutes, being transferred to 4 different agents, I was finally able to give my "30 day notice" and having to pay a $500 cancellation fee. On top of all of this, the final agent was rude. I will never use ADT again and recommend anyone else use a different service. I planned to move from an apartment to a house and my contract ended the same month 03/2022. I called in 02/2022 and they told me all would be cancelled in 03/2022. I called again to confirm service ended and they said I must give them 30 days notice, so they billed me another month for a place I no longer live. I called again in April because they billed me again. They agreed that it was overpaid and I had a refund pending for $38 and a check was in the mail. When it was not received I called again. I should have read the reviews & looked at the star rating for ADT. I have been on the phone for 3 hours with 3 agents & 1 supervisor who cannot help me with a resolution. My install was done day before yesterday in which I authorized one charge only to find out the next day there was another significant charge. Now I am told the equipment is charged in different installments which is not stated anywhere in the contract. Horrible customer service. Do not give this big business your hard earned money. I think this company is terrible. I was a loyal customer for a long time. When I was moving, I needed to cancel my service. They continued to **** me. so I called again, they said, sorry, we will cancel. They told me I didn't owe anything. I continued to get billed. I called again. They told me, too bad, we can't adjust the ****. You have to pay anyway. They claim they shut off the service as of 6/25/22, 3 months later! I'll probably get another month's **** now also! Stay away from this company!
