When meeting with my sales rep I informed them Id only be at my building for a short time and they say no problem you can transfer your service to the new building no problem. Was told I could break my **** in to three payments. I was charged ****** and ****** on the install.online says install up to approximately 199. Then 30 days later charged ****** and ******. Moved buildings two weeks later and told Accounts do not transfer Id have to create an all new account. Was then charged the 359 and 384 again so they didnt do the... read more

Company ***** the elderly. Mom has Alzheimer's. They said she signed a five year contract on a system she doesn't know how to use. Doesn't even look close to her signature. Canceled the service but says she still owes on contract. Please protect your loved ones and Kee them away from this company. Everyone is extremely shady that I spoke to. 0 s s

I got the ADT security system in august of 2021. I paid $2200.00 for the equipment that was professionally installed. I needed the technicians to come out several times to fix faulty installations and was threatened with being charged for the service calls. Faulty cameras. Website advertises 24/hr recording. Its only 30 seconds.Stuff was stolen from my house and when I tried to call ADT. They claimed i was calling the wrong people or wrong department and would simply hang up on me. I have had my account with my Home in Central ******* for roughly 8 years. My Father who is now deceased opened the account. In the last few months asked ADT about an upgrade that would have included a doorbell camera, Digital Deadbolt and one new camera. I explained to the Salesperson I had 4 existing cameras on the outside and two inside. I specifically asked if these cameras would work with the new system, they said I needed to upgrade to, and they said yes. they even CONvinced me to add an additional new camera over my G... read more

I am moving and am trying to cancel my service. I was transferred multiple times and on hold for over 24 minutes on 8/17/22. Trying again now and having to wait for an account representative. It should be a lot easier to cancel after being a customer for many years. Many issues over the years with customer support when trying to resolve equipment issues or connectivity issues. Would never use again.

It is impossible to receive any kind of assistance with a problem from this company. No one answers phone, wait times are 30 minutes and more.

I asked for a quote, and I was told a technician would come out to help with that and could install that day if I liked the quote. Instead, the technician was to install the system. I felt forced to put in the system. Because I have pillars on my home, the system did not protect me from vandalism and actually provides coverage for my neighbor not me. I have a useless system, and I was put on a 5-year plan when I would not have been on something that long.

Poor customer service. They do not care about your security. They have authorized dealers who do poor installs and then they both point the fingers at each other and no one resolved the issue. My system doesnt even work and they wont come and fix it. This is the **********, ** *********************** group.

This business is very manipulative. I was an ******** Security customer...then all-of-a-sudden, my contract was switched to ADT without my knowledge. When I was with ********...I had no past due bills (auto debited)...but know that ADT has the account (which I never approved) they are attempting to charge me $171.00 for "something"...yes.."something"...cause after calling, they don't even know what the charge is from. This is after being on the phone (mostly waiting) for at collected total of 12 hours over three days.... yes... read more
