I have been an ADT customer in ******** ** for close to 30 years. Their service has gotten so bad it is pathetic. Almost impossible to get phone help. Unable to even cancel my service. They are really bad..

Disgusted by my experience. I was lied to by employees of ADT as well as a 3rd party they use on how to handle a relocation of service. When I went all the way up to corporate to fix the debt that i racked up from listening to there incorrect instructions I was told there was nothing they would do for me. So now I have to pay over 1 thousand dollars and im stuck in a 3 year contract. bad customer service. called in to discontinue services ,after 6 different people no one was able to help. then next month they charge again. i call again and now and again they put me thru 6 different people no one wanted to disconnect services.

I was a previous customer 22 years ago with ********************** never had any problems. January 2022 I became a customer again I have had nothing but problems their equipment is cheap and faulty. I've had my back camera break my front doorbell camera not work my panel go out. And when you ask for compensation on your bill for not having services they give you the runaround and to top it off you have to put your new equipment up yourself unless you want to be charged a service fee for them to come out and replace there che... read more

Impossible to cancel this service!We called repeatedly to cancel our service since April. It is now September and they continue to auto change our card.Have not received a single invoice. I don't see these charges in the online portal. **************** transfers me from person to person and promise to send invoices, cancellation forms etc via email that never come.Horrible customer support.

I was having problems with the panel in my home, and called for them to come out. They said there would be a fee, I said no, this is a battery issue and not my fault. I made multiple attempts to get this issue resolved. I had been with the company for 17 years. So obviously this was very upsetting that they would not take care of the issue. I gave them two months to fix the problem with no help. So I picked a new company and they have the nerve to charge me a disconnect fee. Contacted ADT about a missing sensor and paid $50+ dollars for a replacement. Well, no one showed up and I was sent an email that the work was completed. This occurred months ago. The system is still beeping due to the missing sensor on a daily basis. Very annoying. Attempted to call several times with wait times of more than an hour ( ridiculous ) and have not spoken to anyone as of yet. Asked a rep to place me on hold to discontinue service and was hung up on. Terrible Service dont sign up. My cameras and alarm havent been working for over a month. Called customer service several times waited 35 min- 1 hour with no results. In addition, they want to charge me $35 for someone to come repair the system.
