I tried to call ADT to update my credit card information and I was on hold for 14 minutes! While on hold there was a recording that said to change your billing information go to my adt .com. Which is where I was! There is nothing there that I could see where to change your information! They suck!! Their customer service is horrible waited all day to get a call back so someone can simply schedule an appointment to fix the sensors on my kitchen windows and when I got someone to call me back she was Condescending then she hang up. My kitchen window never locks or secure both of my kitchen windows sensor are broken. A month after they installed ADT iboth windows in my kitchen does not get secured. We regret any inconvenience or frustration the customer experienced. We strive to provide the best possible service and it is important for us to know when our customers feel that we have not met their expectations. We are scheduled to service the home on 10/24.
They made me wait for 40 minutes to cancel my service. When they finally got on the phone, the agent tried to harass me on why I was leaving and where/what I was doing for security. The gall to have me wait almost an hour and then force me to tell you why I am leaving is crazy.
On the phone for hours and still unable to reach a live body who can help me disconnect my ADT service. I will NEVER again do business with ADT.
I would give them a zero if I could. Alarm is going off, they are calling I answer no one on the line. I could be dead. Try to call them, wait on hold for hours to never get your call answered. Who can wait on hold for hours? They tell you to go to the app or my adt for faster service but guess what? That doesnt work either. The most disgusting customer service experience of my life. I want their service out of my house but cant wait on hold that long just to cancel. Please kick this business out of the BBB
My cameras are not working and its been this way for over a month; and I have had ADT come out several times and they could not figure out why the cameras are not working. EACH TIME THEY COME OUT they never fix my cameras and I was made to feel as though I'm being racially profiled against because of the area in which I live in ! I have a contract with Them, and they have cut all my things off I have no security now after todays visit ! I truly need for you to step in on this matter because , ADT is being very over baron !
Had no issues with the service while I had it; however, when I tried to cancel after a rate increase, I found out you have to do it on the phone - except no one answers their phones. After several attempts that got "disconnected" while on hold at the ***** minute ***** I selected the option for upgrading my system instead of canceling my services. This security service is t** most unsecured. Ever since my ******** service was moved to ADT, I have been unable to complete a monthly test. I actually had a CSR answer one of my numerous calls and tell me that s** could not test my system, that s** would put me back on hold, and advised me of t** 45min -1 hr. hold time. Contacted ADT to add security camaras to our existing system was told we would need to up grade our system which by the way we owned, after 60 minutes on the phone with the sales person we were e-mailed a proposal for $1767.00 dollars tech came a few day later and started replacing our old system components with the new ones we purchased, inclusive of (3) new cameras the fourth was in question until the tech could evaluate our band- with, that was the only item in question the additional camera which we agreed to cover the c... read more
