I am paid by Public Parnerships who uses ADP for direct deposits. On the 6th I was informed my card was reported stolen, which came as a surprise to me, as, at the time the card was in my hand. I thought it was strange, but being the 6th of the month I thought I had plenty of time to get the new card by the 15th. I was wrong. Pay day came and no card. ADP came through very well for me when I had to have a former co-worker's wages garnished. It took me 2 years of red tape but I finally got m money. Kudos, ADP!

Trash company. Auto generates cards without your consent and now because of that little fact I dont have access to my paychecks from my TWO jobs I work to support my children. I can't buy food until "on or before the 27th" when I called on the 13th. Really? I told the agent the severity of needing MY money and she didnt even bother to offer their 'overnight' service' even though apparently that doesn't work either. Since day one ADP has been a train wreck. Ran my first payroll on a new employee and never recieved a check. Had to pay cash a week late. Got a refund for issues. I set up direct deposit so this wouldn't happen again, ran payroll, worked flawlessly. Employee was off for a week and I never ran payroll but still got charged for running payroll. Horrid. No professionalism, condescending when you call their constant mistakes to their attention. No one there could care less. Can't even manage to send confidential reports to the correct address. Currently can't get a copy of our second quarter tax filing. DO NOT USE THEM. They are so bad that one star is an overrating.

Giving one star is a very high review. This is the WORST company ever. On May 31st I went to the atm to withdraw money and I found out my account was hacked and left me with $3. I called and waited 1 hr to speak with someone, the rep was very rude and told me to call back tomorrow because the claim dept was closed. Someone hacked my account and made two transactions of $1,030 each with Aeromexico airline. My husband accidentally lost his ADP Aline Card. He reported the card lost & paid $24 for “overnight” shipping of a replacement card. After calling numerous times never speaking to an American person, we have been waiting over 2 weeks for this card to come. They say in one breath, it will be mailed out through USPS then they say FED EX, but have no tracking information as a tracking number & when you call FED EX, they say nothing is coming to your address. Horrible company. HORRIBLE! Customer support hangs up on you. This company is holding more than $100 from me and my card is still already activated. This is a total scam and they are literally stealing my money.

I couldn't leave a no star rating. 1 star is already too high of a ranking. Terrible company. Poor service. Local Hawaii rep was good, but everything else about the company is really bad. I used them for payroll processing. I had to ask for W2s for a client. I had to research and spend a lot of time going back and forth with ADP to figure out why payroll taxes were not paid or paper work not filed!
