In my honest opinion its all fraud at this point, still today the complaints/reviews haven't been resolved professionally. The plot is thicker now since nobody realizes they've partnered with certain staffing agencies who are basically stealing money from their employees by altering the rate of pay and then using a "back door" into said accounts of employees to get their own personal refund right out of the employees payroll, no matter the reason. I recently changed jobs and, as a result, needed COBRA coverage for the interim period between my old job ending and my new job's coverage kicking in. Lo and behold, weeks passed after I was officially removed from payroll (which, along with all my other benefits, was administered by ADP Totalsource) and nothing arrived, though I did find that my insurance was immediately listed as "expired" (in that, of course, they're fast). There ok payroll. Just wish my Aline card had faster credit when come to fraud and disputes

The worst user experience I've experienced in ages. I tried to sign up for insurance through my company and add my domestic partner. ADP's garbage software erased my partner and beneficiary then later, all of my insurance elections. How is this trash fire still in business.

ADP can not be trusted. They will allow anyone to make changes to the account. They will add and remove users without verifying any information. Will make changes based off doctored documents and fraudulent documents. Service and security protocols are terrible.

I have been dealing with an error caused by ADP since November 2018. I have called them several times to reverse amendments that I DID NOT request. On top of that, I was charged $400 for these amendments, once again that I did not request. So now, I need to either pay someone else to file amendments as ADP keeps failing to file amendments to reverse the first erroneous amendments. DO NOT USE ADP FOR PAYROLL. I paid this company through the end of 2018 to process my payroll and handle all relevant tax filings. They took my money and literally gave me nothing in return. It was a business I was closing. They only filed through quarter 3 with the IRS even though they charged me for quarter 4. I had not issued any payroll since March 2018. The entire point of maintaining my account through the end of the year was so that I would get FULL SERVICE. Then they asked to charge me $250 more to complete the last ... read more

ADP, like so many other corporations these days, makes outlandish promises about what services it is able to provide. I honestly believe ADP's sales people are not unlike the representatives at Wells Fargo recently, in the realms of Sell! Sell! Sell! With ADP having an average customer rating of 1 star, how can BBB have ADP rated as A+? I'd give them zero stars if I could. ADP has created my account with the incorrect SSN and after confirming my company has the correct SSN, ADP still has not corrected the issue for over 7 weeks. I am unable to view my pay stubs. When trying to submit a support ticket on ADP's website, their support form breaks on submit. ADP will only talk with you if you're interested in the sales dept.
