I have some billing error with my ex-employer to be fixed to avoid penalty, ADP is process their payroll system. I spent 1 hour every day for almost 2 months with ADP, ending up being advised with wrong guidance on how to resolve my issue and ADP pushed me to resolve the issue by directly contacting my ex-employer to forgive the amount caused by the wrong solution. On February 24 ADP, somehow, calculated me as working -12 hours during that pay period where as I should of had 77 POSITIVE hours. My manager submitted an historical edit so that I could get an "off cycle " check. He and I both were told that I would receive payment in a couple of days. This went on for two weeks when my next paycheck was due. I received barely 2/3 of what I was due and got no explanation. This is one of the worst business I have ever encountered. They have no means of contacting them other than over the phone and when you do finally reach them, they are completely incompetent and useless. I have been trying to give them money to pay for my medical insurance premium for two weeks. They will not accept payment over the phone, only their faulty website. First they can not access my account. Then they refer my issue to a specialist whom takes three days to fix it. Then the site crashes. Now my username and passwo... read more

First off, the sales team will tell you whatever you need to hear to sign up. secondly they dont have any current small business solutions. Lastly they make accounting errors everywhere because they hire the lowest qualified cheap labour to do the work. I own a small business with two employees and they didn't pay my employees for two pay periods in a row!
